After a minor win, is the stock market crashing again?
Not really.
This small setback is due to the news of US FED hiking the interest rates, yet again. But this HAS ALREADY been factored in the stock markets.
So what did I do today?
I bought some IT stocks :)
Watch the video till the end to know which stocks I bought!

I am trying to avoid making any new buys at this point in other not to get sucked into a bear market trap. It's tough making money in stocks when institutional investors are the driving force behind theselling.. although I read anarticle of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?
I agree, reason I have all my invt-decisions ran through a coach on a daily-basis, it’s been 3years and counting and I’ve grown over $2million in gains, my coach's-analysis so far has steered me off losses and troubled waters and guided me make the most off major-breakthroughs in the mrkt, and esp. in this downtrend, her safehaven asset- trading, short-selling, ETF shorting skill-set are very essential..
heard it's a good time to buy and basically I've just got cash sitting duck in the bank and I’d really love to put it to good use seeing how inflation is at an all time-high, who is this coach that guides you, mind I look them up
Having a coach is key in a volatile market, My advisor is “Patrice Carol Rainer” You can easily look her up, she has years of financial market experience.
Thank you for this amazing tip. I verified her and booked a call session with her. She seems Proficient..
Heard someone say the best season for a fin.ancial breakthrough is now, especially with inflation running at a four-decade high. I have approximately $750k stagnant in my port_folio that needs growth. What is the best way to take advantage of this downturn
2:10 why IT stocks have fallen
4:54 when will IT stocks recovery happen?
6:55 Are IT stocks undervalued right now
8:58 TCS
13:10 Infosys
15:10 Mindtree
16:30 conclusion
Thanks bro...
Roughly $120K in my portfolio are in tech/TSLA stocks, can I get an advice on any other stocks that I can acquire to diversify my reserve across multiple markets while creating a comprehensive portfolio allocation that balances my concerns of risk aversion and returns that meet yearly inflation.
Find stocks with market-beating yields and shares that at least keep pace with the market for a long term. For a successful long-term strategy I recommend you seek the guidance a broker or financial advisor.
I'll suggest you create a diversification strategy because building a good financial-portfolio has been more complex since covid. Recently my colleague advised me to hire an advisor, surprisingly I have accrued over $120K under the guidance of my coach during this crash. She figured out Defensive strategies to protect my portfolio and make profit from this roller coaster market.
Having a coach is key in a volatile market, My advisor is "Frances Annette Batista" You can easily look her up, she has years of financial market experience.
Thank you for this tip. it was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her résumé.

It may take some time but this decade definitely belongs to India. Once a few big companies like Apple and BMW start producing on a larger scale in India, it will have a trickle down effect and India will act as a magnet to MNCs. There are other countries that are competing with India with respect to China plus one strategy; for instance, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc. However, India appears to be the topmost option because of its large market, huge size of skilled labour force, economic growth, developing infrastructure, favourable government policies, stable democracy, etc.
IT stocks moved 3X to 4.6 X from 23.03.2020 to Oct 2021. Unrealistic growth in short time. So the theory that has fallen from top 20 percent does not hold for investment decision. Derating has happened and some more is due in near term. Whether undervalued will be known after seeing 2 qtr result. The stock after de rating will start their new journey. The price action will depend on business growth which is expected to be 10/12 percent . The stock will return to their prior top will take 3 year. So those having patient and happy with 10/12 percent kind of annual return may start accumulating as stocks are near to bottom
Added HCL, Info Edge, LTTS & Intellect in today's fall 😊👍

Today bought 10qty of INFY & 10qty of Wipro at 1370 and 400 respectively. Will add more if INFY goes down to 1300-1320 levels same goes for Wipro for around 360-370 levels 🤘 happy investing
What about the crash as compared to the run up? How much percent did both dump?
Morning Star data is dated 29th July! Is it relevant today also? Just a question. Thanks!
Hi Akshat.
Will appreciate if you would share your thoughts on the following:
1. HCL Tech
2. Tech Mahindra
3. Wipro
I am not sure about your argument about us market being undervalued, because if you see the buffet indicator it is around 150% which is scary for me even pe and ps ratios of major companies are still grossly overpriced
Sorry to differ on US market valuation. Charlie Munger says, Berkshire Hathway is sitting with unusually high cash reserves as they are not finding avenues in terms of value at this moment. FYI, that chart of Nifty is mathematically called unstable oscillation whoch is more likely a downward spiral.
Thanks a lot,,,,,What about Wipro ?
Nifty is making substantial lower lows. Though lower highs are made the difference at the top is less than difference at bottom out level. So it is wrong to say the market will correct 3-4% from top. Earlier low of 15200 is far away , at present.
However your analysis of IT sector is quite useful to me . Thanks
I don’t think it’s still the right time to enter IT stocks. As per last quarter results, the revenue and margin contraction is likely to continue unless rupee trades around 82. If India gets included into global bond index, rupee may appreciate to 78, 77 levels which may see further pressure in IT sector. There is scope for another 8 to 10 percent correction. Even if Nasdaq recovers, it may not translate into big gains for our IT sector.
Will use your comment for my video
Thank you Akshat for a wonderful analysis
Hi Akshat what about LTI , will it hold Rs 4000 level
Where do you find your Datapoints.. Like spread sheet which you were using..
Great video, Any thoughts on Wipro
thanks akshat
great analysis insightful
keep them coming
Wish that these IT companies can expand its business more in India. We are too dependent on US markets
Is the fall today duscounts Fed rate hike of 21st Sep?
Liked your analysis..but IT midcap is always better choice going forward rather now IT giants as they are more oriented toward service based products and IT midcap is fully focused on new edge technology which will enhance their growth multifold in future
Hey Folks
Better follow Akshats advice
You have seen the benefits earlier in HUL and HDFC Twins
Now IT Jambs TCS and Infy
Im heavy on it nowadays
13 Sept was the date CPI inflation data for August was released which showed the inflation is not slowing down at the expected pace. It wasn't the date fed rate hike was announced. That will be on 21 September.
Persistent Sys and Affle have 5X jump in fixed assets since 2020. Points to great value addition ahead
Hi Akshat this is a good video. Thank you for putting so much efforts in a video. Can you please tell me how is latent view IT stock. Can we buy it?
Is HCL good stock to buy?
Mr. Akshat, you completely ignored the US inflation unemployment etc, that have a say on the Fed rates. I know you would have e factored in, but not stated explicitly in your discussion. Any reason?
My 2 cents..just because it has fallen only 25%, doesn't mean it won't fall further. Infy and TCS are currently fairly valued. PE still in higher 20s..i will start investing in them when PE is below or near about 20s
What about the increase in hiring cost in the IT industry? It has impacted the profitability in the last few quarters. It will be a good idea to start SIP rather than putting lumpsum amount in specific stocks.
Saved on infra costs due to WFH
What is your thought on HAPPIEST MINDS stock?
Good video, I was literally waiting for your video regarding iT sector, took almost 65% positions in IT blue chips just only one week back and current big experts are claiming that IT is not going to recover anywhere 6 months from now, I'm a short time swing trader and your words give me little encouragement to buy more in iT if it fall for another 20% from here, by the way I made some profits by listening to your advice on fmcg investment during it's 52 weeks low corrections.
Don't worry sir, have faith on your investment decision

Knowing if to buy stock or not is the first step because Investment is the stepping stone to wealth but the wrong investment will leave you scars, that is why it is best to invest with the help of a professional who knows how to make profits.
The market is constantly evolving with new features, trading opportunities, financial swings with sudden surprises around every corner. the best thing is to stay in touch with a professional who knows their way around the market and have a sound trading strategy to ensure you have returns on your investments.
When some people think of successful stock traders, they think of multimillionaires lounging in a beach town, making trades and relaxing. That reality is rare, and stock trading isn't as easy or lucrative as it might seem from the outside. Despite challenges, some people elect to stock trade as a part-time job, or they take on stock trading as their full-time gig. If you know your stuff and follow a strategy, you can make money over time through stock trades by adopting the signal of a licence broker
My consultant is Cristina Gutierrez Moore I found her on a CNBC interview where she was featured and reached out to her afterwards. She has since provide entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can look her up online with her name if you care supervision. I basically follow her trade pattern and haven’t regretted doing so
Nice content. To me, trading the stock and crypto market is way better than any online investment 💯
I have made quite a stride investing on my own but I am aware of the benefits of consulting with a professional and now that i have seen so many talks of Cristina Gutierrez Moore, i will check her out.
Akshat what is your opinion on LTI stock? Can you plzz make a video on it 🙂
Hi r u invested in lti?
@@debojyotisarmah60 no actually that is mine company. I work there as an software Engineer 😄 actually I have just joined that company. So just thinking to invest that's why I am asking this question 😌
Sir I think, the next IT company which is really doing some innovation and value addition in IT transformation is Wipro, they are diving into home automation technology, creating transformative IT innovation, on the other hand infosys and TCS are only US rats who are hugely dependent on US, if someone really wants to invest in IT sector from long time horizon then i would say Wipro is the call because they are creating an non-us dependent IT environment which will become the future of the indian IT industry.
Bro what kind of mindset
How could you say tcs n infosys as US rats
They are bringing money from them to us
We should be thankful
Although being non dependent on foreign nation is best thing to do
But we will have to make them our consumer who has all the money
We can't be rich by selling stuff to each other
Btw yestrday I sold 400 pe option of wipro
If wipro closes below 400
I will take 1000 shares delivery
@@johnybrave78 yes brother, i agree they are bringing us dollars to india but they are not doing any innovations, all the innovations are being done by US and they are using Indian community as their workforce because indians are available at farely low wages as compared to people in US. I just want that if IT innovation is the key to future growth then we should be praising companies which are doing innovations in india and then selling it to ROW. The problem with US dependency is US has become more volatile, god forbid even if IT market of US starts deploying people from Africa because they will be available at more cheaper wages as compared to indians as our economy is becoming more stronger and stronger then companies like TCS and Infosys will eventually start innovating, which Wipro has already started doing, they will benefit from this strategy in future because i believe in Indian IT workforce and i am invested in Wipro for a long term. So many innovations like UPI has already seen tremendous growth, home automations, automotive technology has also started growing.
How could we compare Amazon and TCS? Both are not even similar by 5%
It's from market capitalisation and weight in respective countries indices
@@12345ngb that way we can compare Relince or hdfc too. Problem is in lockdown Amazon affected lot but tcs doesn't. Plus big IT companies like tcs or Infosys are customer of Amazon which provide service likes AWS.

what about Michael James Burry he says that the markets are still over valued .. and is selling his stocks?
Hi Akshat! Thanks for the video. One point I would like to highlight is that a correlation coefficient of 0.64 doesn't denote a strong correlation, instead a moderate one. Anything above 0.8 would do so.
Ok data scientist.
@@RahulYadav-nk6wp Yes, you two went to the same school and Jim was a back bencher :) :)
Doing same but it is testing our patience. I feel Qtrly result in Oct first week may change the track of IT stocks.
I disagree. Interest rate might be accounted for by US market but the after effects isn't. You can check any recession in US and it has always started with high inflation and higher interest rates. 10% fall this year is because the US firms have kept hiring keeping unemployement rate low. But that cannot happen in long term and we have already seen the giant tech firms freezing, downsizing hiring. I expect sensex to fall by ~17% further in next 12 months and IT stocks will fall further (25%). Most of this will be driven by US, European markets but given the correlation, this cannot be avoided stleast in the IT sector. For US: Higher interest rate > Lower inflation > Lower demand > Lower economic growth > Higher unemployement > Further lower demand and the cycle goes on and on till it is corrected like in 2007-2008
Hi

Correlation was 0.64 i.e. 64%

Hi Akshat, don't you think that measuring expansion from the fixed assets parameter is incorrect for IT sector as it is more dependent on the employees....fixed assets parameter is a good parameter for manufacturing sector but for it services it's not relevant
Exactly was wondering the same
Kuchh bhi bolta hai ye...analysis paralysis
It’s a misconception that employees are the growth drivers for IT services. Fixed assets are long period investments which can include a lot of assets other than land and machinery. Saying it’s not relevant for any sector is foolish.
@@capricornus993 everyone is free to have their opinion..
@@capricornus993 mind your language. Why do you behave like an eccentric.?
1st blow - Goldman Sachs downgraded tcs, infy and set target 2611 and 1244. Then 2nd blow is coming to IT sector as in form of high attrition. As TCS and Infy started forcing employees to return to office and stop moonlighting it may cause 30-35% attrition in both of them and could see a CTS like resource outflows that will eventually turn in project loss and revenue loss. 3rd blow - huge pressure on margin, as a result mid and higher employees are seeing huge cut in quarterly pay and fuelling attrition and creating of never ending loop...Worst case scenario, due to higher employee cost, high attrition and lower revenue growth the entire IT sector can see a downgrade in PE or valuation...Overall IT stocks are in a very bad shape and be very careful before investing in IT as of now, especially big IT companies...instead one can invest product or specialization based IT companies especially in Cloud, Automation, AI or Crypto...I work in TCS and I know how thinks are becoming bad day to day...TCS even considering hiring ex employees which we never heard in last 10 years...job drives are going on nonstop 7 days a week and 30-40 LPA even more packages are given to bring resources just of 10-15 years of experience...
Valuation wise... HCL TECH, TECH MAHINDRA and MPHASIS look better at this juncture....
