Just catching up on your videos after the holiday. I keep meaning to try some of that Pelargonium tea. You are really good at taking cuttings and getting them to grow Paul. I had an amazing time at David Austin's rose garden and the welcoming lady must've wondered who is this nutter that's just walked in as I told her how excited I was. It's a place I've been wanting to visit for such a long time and I wasn't disappointed although the roses were past their best which I was expecting as it's so late in the season. I came away with four and now I'm wondering where to put them as my garden is already full to the brim. Typical me, buy then think later! Hope you're both okay and I'm looking forward to watching another video of yours which I can see you've uploaded. xxx

Thanks Wendy, we have a little army of new plants now and the only problem is where to put them when the autumn comes. We'll have to give some away I think! We're glad you had a lovely time at David Austin's and that you brought back some great roses. Finding the space is always a problem when you already have an established garden, but I'm sure you'll find room. We went in the month of August and the roses needed deadheading quite badly, if i'd had my secateurs on me, i would have been tempted to do it myself!. We've been out visiting too and traveled to Scampston walled garden last week in north yorkshire. It was on my list because Piet Oudolf designed it so was worth the 2 hours driving. Have a lovely weekend, take care xxx

I enjoyed this video very much and am about to start my cuttings. Did I hear stones clinking at the end of the pot as you were filling them with compost?

Thanks Elizabeth, the pots were filled with compost that I added grit to for better drainage and that's the sound you can hear.

Yeah, this one makes a really tasty drink and I've known of the lemon scented ones being used in cakes 😋

@@susannaylor451 Yes, September is fine as they will be rooted within 3-4 weeks. Just make sure they are kept somewhere inside before the weather turns frosty. Thanks for watching 👍
