@@Mnguyen92 but it doesn't mean that they cannot show feminine care as well. That one video would be just for females-unless males want to watch it if they wish.
I have Indian brown skin and with age, my pimples were leaving behind dark spots due to slower skin cells turnover. I tried the ordinary alpha arbutin and worked wonders on my skin! The dark spots vanished within a month. Highly recommend.
I love your intro! & I love this channel! It’s helped so much with learning how to take better care of my skin in the last few months. My skin has never looked this good & be consistently nice!!
At last someone is talking about tranexamic acid ! Had a japanese product containing this ingredient and kind of reluctant using it cause is not widely used. Thanks for giving this information. Btw niacinamide n sunblock works for me too 😇

I AM SO GLAD YOU GUYS ARE talking about The Inkey List products. All of the products you mentioned from them I use except the trexanemic acid but I was curious about it and am going to order it now. I am prescribed by my dermatologist and retinol & hydroquinone cream for night time but I can only use the hydroquinone cream for 4 weeks. She said it’s safe in small increments for short periods of time but I use the Alpha Arbutin as well so once I stop the hydroquinone I still have my alpha arbutin. I will be ordering the Pha toner as well to try it! Love you guys hair cuts! 😍😍😍😍
Oh...my...god. This came at the exact right time. I have the dark spots that have only popped up under my left eye and I have been wanting to find something to use to reduce them without freaking my sensitive skin out.
Just went to YesStyle to add this to my bag! Thanks so much for the tip, I was going to get the Inkey List one but I’ve had such a good experience with Hada Labo I’ll try it.
@@codi.lin722 I’ve been using Paula’s Choice 10% Azelaic Acid Booster for about a year now, and I love it. I usually use that during the day and a retinol at night. My skin does well with Drunk Elephant’s retinol (which is what I’m currently using) and The Ordinary’s Granactive Retinoid Emulsion. I also use sunscreen every day (Murad City Skin Age Defense mineral sunscreen). I’m not currently using a Vitamin C product, but I’ve thought about introducing it back into my routine. I’ve learned that my skin does best with a simple routine that doesn’t consist of a lot of products.
@@1naturalbeauty did it cause purging the first time you used azelaic acid? i want to try the azelaic acid from the ordinary but im scared that it might make my skin worse.
Sandra G oh thank youu. I was thinking that it took years. Because me, i have hyperpigmentations because of acne as well as P.I.E. for 4 years but still hasn't gone out im so excited to use this product too! Hope it might work for me too! ❤️
I love everything I've tried from the Inkey List so I'll definitely try the products you mentioned because hyperpigmentation is my biggest skincare concern.
Can you speak more about the 'whitening' term used in the description of these products? Are they using skin lighteners? What is the difference to brightening? Is it safe to use if you are dark skinned?
i definitely recommend kojie san skin lightening soap. the name makes it sound like a skin bleacher but trust me. do the research. it’s so worth it and so affordable
I went to a skincare doctor last month...dr prescribed tranexamic acid capsules to take daily and also l-ascorbic acid 25% serum. Works like magic...in a month, my pigmentation fades and some are already gone!!!
Your videos are so informative and I've learn so much from them. These are studies I wanna take and through your interesting presentation you got my whole attention.
Tranexamic Acid had been use in Japanese skincare for a long long time, I AM IN LOVE WITH IT SINCE AWHILE BACK it brighten and lighten my skin so fastt the result it is so vivid, and it does not irritate my sensitive skin it is a holyd grail brightening ingredient, i was struggling to find a serum though i hope some company will formulate Tranexamic Acid as a serum so it works even better!
In Indonesia we already have skincare brand using tranexamic acid. It's called Charlotte Kay. And it's sooooo amazing on my skin!!!! Really great for brightening, specially in the night time...
Prescription tretinoin has been the one thing that has helped my hyperpigmentation a ton. It’s unfortunate that that kind of strength is only available through RX
Michelle Millo I don’t have it in my formula (sadly haha) but I’ve seen comments on the reddit of people asking what it is and why they had such a low dosage ~ They start you pretty low and work you up if you keep asking for changes in your prescription
Hyaluronic Acid, ceramides, Niacinamide, good occlusive cream (cerave can also work) and squalane oil. Plus spf everyday. Follow this first and then target acne with BHA, AHA (only after your skin heals).
Cherry Blossom I stopped using hyaluronic acid bc I was suspicious that it was pulling moisture from my skin rather than the air... I was right!! my skin became so much more hydrated!! Recently I’ve been using Vaseline as a night cream and my skin has never been more hydrated than it is now 🥰✨
It's also important to use the products in the proper manner. Hyaluronic acid is considered a humectant which pulls water into your skin, but if you aren't following it up immediately with an occlusive (moisturizer) that includes ingredients like dimethicone, petrolatum, lanolin etc then water will just be pulled from your skin. So you want to wash your face and then while it is still wet put on your humectant and then follow up immediately with an occlusive. This will help your skin from being dry. A good humectant is Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel in the extra dry strength formula.

I’ve been struggling with hyperpigmentation for the longest time. I was thinking of using some products from The ordinary but they have so many that I’m pretty lost as to where to start. But I guess I’ll try the niacinamide serum for starters and see where it goes.
I've been using the ordinary's niacinamide and I love it! be careful though because people either love it or hate it. If you've never used it before, you'll purge for a week or so. That happened to me and for other people that used it. If your skin doesn't calm down after a while then it might not be for you. I hope it works for you!!!!!!!!!!
