If I may, let me point out some inaccuracies,
Excluding rent everything is slightly expensive in Scotland compared to England.
Rent in Edinburgh of much much more expensive and to get a place is even hard.
There is water charge in the Scotland, its included in your council tax you check its, it tells you the water charge.

Hi.. could you explain the difference between salary scale for a nurse who works at NHS UK and Nursing home at Scotland please
There is not much difference.. NHS nurse salary starts from 14pound per hour... Each year there will be a slight increase in pay scale for the 1st 5years and they get lots of allowances like night pay, weekend allowance, sick pay, maternity pay, Paternity, parentel leave etc.
Care home salary varies to each care home... Avg per hour 15-17pound for nurses.
