It also debuted on Melon at 5th place after only one hour of tracking ! I'm so proud of Jimin and Sungwoon and I'm so happy we could all support Jimin with his first ever solo project
Jimin isn't afraid to always try something new. All his solos are so different from each other. He is so versatile/flexible and unique as always. Sungwoon has a very warm consistent vocals which I love too. They blend together perfectly.
Jimin truly is such an incredible vocalist. I’ve been singing for 20 years and I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing it is that he can pull his voice back and have it be such a breathy airy controlled lower/higher register that makes you feel like you’re floating in the sky! It’s hard to find words that can articulate how stunning and colorful his vocal tonality is. He is truly a one of a kind vocalist 🥺

This song is so beautiful, both jimins and Sungwoons voices are so beautiful together. With it being 80% in English it was a happy surprise and the lyrics are just so beautiful aswell. To me what they are both saying especially jimin is basically what he said to us before and this song made me cry so much as I'm not usually an emotional person but this song really just pulls at the heart strings also both their voices fit perfectly and jimin couldn't have chosen a better singer and friend to collab with for his first solo OST

It's great to hear Jimin's low register, it's really stunning and I wish we could hear it more, but of course in a band with 4 vocalists where he's the one with the highest pitch it's gonna end up being a bit sacrificed (the reigister of his voice, not Jimin himself). I love that in this song he's the one who goes low in the first part and high in the second. And yeah, OMG Boyz II Men, that's what it was. It SORT of made me think of a few ballads from boy bands from the 90es, but B2M were the inspiration for all of those! I just went to Backstreet Boys first because they were massive here in Europe while I don't think I ever heard a B2M on MTV or the radio, at least here in Italy when I was a preteen or a teen back in the olden days XD

It's great to hear Jimin's low register, it's really stunning and I wish we could hear it more, but of course in a band with 4 vocalists where he's the one with the highest pitch it's gonna end up being a bit sacrificed (the reigister of his voice, not Jimin himself). I love that in this song he's the one who goes low in the first part and high in the second.
And yeah, OMG Boyz II Men, that's what it was. It SORT of made me think of a few ballads from boy bands from the 90es, but B2M were the inspiration for all of those! I just went to Backstreet Boys first because they were massive here in Europe while I don't think I ever heard a B2M on MTV or the radio, at least here in Italy when I was a preteen or a teen back in the olden days XD

Sungwoon mentioned many times that he wanted to collab with Jimin and I’m so happy he finally got to. Jimin’s angelic vocal tone and Sungwoon’s attractive, engaging tone together is chiefs kiss and their harmony is even more beautiful. They sounded absolutely amazing👏🏽I honestly think no one understands how insanely skilled of a vocalist Jimin is. He has the most gorgeous unique voice in the industry. It’s so appealing, clear, angelic, soft, and honey-like. He knows how to convey his emotions through his singing like he does with dancing. I love this song. I always listen to it more than once so I added it twice to my playlist. Sungwoon’s deeper pitch blends so nicely with Jimin’s pitch. It’s like honey and molasses. I can’t wait for Jimin’s next solo. I also hope Sungwoon and Jimin do another song together.

Guys, right on about JIMIN'S vocal change & range. Truly a new direction for him. Glad he finally is allowed to show his matured capabilities. His soft lower breathy register really reminds me of Tae's style of singing. I could imagine Tae helping his soulmate find that strength in himself. Such a heart wrenching song, his partner actually sounds like Jimin normally does. Hard to tell them apart in some parts, thank goodness for the split screen on them.
