Whether or not you consider Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D canon is up to you, but one of the best things about the show (and one that fans appreciated a lot, may I add) were the extended blooper reels of 5+ minutes. With this in mind, please consider releasing blooper reels of your Disney+ shows, in addition to "The Making of..." documentaries. It would cost you less than a Legends episode and would get the same reaction from fans as the extended Zemo dance clip.

This show was just so good! I was confused by WandaVision at first, liked it in the end, except that fight with Agatha, that was kinda janky. But this show was so good from the first episode to the end. Just so amazing, because basically the falcon is just a dude with Wings! No bulletproof, no superhuman powers, just ok, high-tech but still. Very good.
