The Story Behind the Picture with Sarah Roberts

By the way this was before lockdown!
There is a story behind every picture! Over the years when I've shared more intimate details in my posts people have said " Wow I never knew, it's looks like you had it all together!" That's because all they see are the smiley pictures! But actually there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes that people aren't aware of. We assume everyone has perfect lives and the grass is always greener on the other side. But we only seeing a glimpse of their lives! So I'm on a mission to find those stories behind the pictures and I think there are a lot out there.
My first guest is Sarah Roberts, a mum of three who shares her journey raising a son with Down Syndrome. The video was longer than I expected but I feel like I couldn't leave anything out, and we could have talked for ages.
Sarah is so inspiring and a beacon of hope for all those raising children with special needs.
