  • Hey guys how are you all at the end of another week? In todays video I received a message to an address that there was something meltable on the side of the road so I thought i best go check it out. Turns out it was a Portable Blue Washing Machine. I got some good Copper & Brass from this so sit back and check it out. And as always have a fantastic weekend.
Feel like supporting the channel it wont cost you a cent as you can Simply just donate some of your time. By just by allowing the ads to play through this will help out a lot and that’s how I make a bit extra revenue and the good thing is more revenue means more giveaways and more treats for the dogs👊🏻😄. A better way to support the channel is play one of my playlists on your computer before you walk away from it and let it play through that really helps as well but don’t ever feel as though you need to watch the ads if you don’t want to simply skip them and move into the video it’s completely up to you and I understand if you don’t have the time to do so👌🏻and like I always say if you like the rings shown and used in this video be sure to check out the description where you can get 20% off the already discounted rings using my code and if you want to try your hand at melting yourself you can buy the burner on its own or the whole furnace set up and I can organize a 5% link for you off the total furnace price just email me on bigstackddddd@mail.com 😁👍🏻.

HOW TO MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it??????.

The biggest take away I get from these great vids, NOTHING is trash. Everything can be repurposed, even what you view as left over junk after your part can be used by someone. Love this channel.

You're getting a lot of good camera work in there. The moving shots when you're clearly not moving the camera are pretty good. I assume you do all these videos yourself, so whatever setup you have to get those shots is pretty creative. Nice job 👍

Lost my wife a few months ago and been a little lost myself, but I think I may have found my therapy. Thank you for reminding me of the joy being a maker. Cheers.

I have to say, i appreciate that you tell everyone in your videos, every time, to always preheat your moulds before you pour to prevent a steam explosion. A friend forgot that when he first got into blacksmithing/casting, and paid for it in a not so pleasant way. Thank you for your videos!!! Cheers! 🍻🍻🍻🍻

I find myself hoping to catch a glimpse of the man, without the makeup or mask, that has made my Friday nights a great relaxation. Those screws were rusted, so definitely not NEW new, but it did look in surprisingly good condition to just be dumped. Obviously you never can tell what condition the internals are in just from looking at the outside, but I wouldn't be surprised if it just needed a new fuse in the plug or something. Too many people chuck away easily repairable stuff.

To remove the brass pins from old electrical plugs, hold them in a vice and use locking pliers to lever them out.

Things I have learned from bigstackD
    1. Preheat your tools to avoid steam explosions.
2 I'm not the only one that loves watching ice melt.
    3. Organization is key, label those boxes so you know what sh*t is where.
    4. Just because something doesn't come out perfect doesn't mean it didn't come out cool.
    5. Take time to pet the dogs.
    6. bigstackD has the Sun switch. For years I wondered who kept flicking that thing off and on.
