I have received 491 invitation and as well my employer is ready to sponsor me and both process were running simultaneously. I am now confused what should I do now as I have paid to both the agents
We've been trying to apply for a 491 visa for the past 6 years and have high points over 100. Yet, the EOI still has not processed out application. It has been in the system for over 2 years now. I'd like to question a few things; Since we don't live in Australia, we can't apply for employer sponsored visas. How are offshore applicants supposed to gain access to sponsorship jobs if they live abroad? And if the system won't allow applicants living abroad with high points to get sponsorships, what is the point of offshore applications? They should only permit onshore applications to apply so people like us could finally clear our minds about the whole infuriating business of migrating to Australia. The system has cost us thousands of dolars without us moving an inch closer to live there. I would like to hold the immigration policy makers accountable for the pointless fees we payed over the past 6 years. Regards.
Hi, thank you for watching our videos. Each state has different criteria for inviting offshore applicants for the 491 visa. If you haven't received an invitation yet, you may want to consider exploring other visa options, even if you are outside Australia, such as employer-sponsored visas.
