- The final three chefs had to cook the best four-course progressive meal of their lives. The meals were served to several renowned chefs, including Mauro Colagreco, Clare Smyth, Marcus Samuelsson, Janice Wong, and Tony Mantuano, butcher Dario Cecchini, and Food & Wine editor-in-chief Hunter Lewis.

I'm glad Melissa remade that milk tea tiramisu. It ended up being so impressive, it actually brought one of the Italian chefs to tears.
They're all great! Congrats to Melissa she's awesome!
I adore Melissa. She seems so fun.
This is the best season for me.
Gotta feel a little bad for Brian. He just ran into two buzzsaws in the finals, Melissa and his brother Michael. Very impressive to get to two different finals though.
He was also runner-up in Top Chef Masters Season 5, losing out to Douglas Keane.
I dont care how posh the occasion. You take your hat off at the table.
