omg i absolutely LOOOOVE what you did with them!!!! the yellow lip is EVERYTHING, it's giving electric lemon kisses! and the outfit really tied it together, its so fun and chaotic in the best, Frankiest way >w< yesss MORE MULLETS, i couldn't agree more!
Hi Enzo! Just wanted to say I love watching your stuff and your doll custom videos in particular have given me more confidence to try and experiment with some of my older dolls to try and find new life for them! I love watching what works and what doesn't. Frankie turned out really neat! That being said, I was curious about how the posca markers dried on the hair over time, did you find it affected the texture at all? Posca markers seem like such a simple solution if the fibers stay soft when trying to "dye" doll hair fun colors without all the mess of dye. I thought I'd ask before trying myself. Thanks in advance and hope to see some more fun customs in the future! :)
Poor Frankie! Although she still looks better and less scary and terrifying than the '70's Mego Farrah Fawcett doll which also has a mullet hairstyle and a wide square jaw that makes her look like a man dressed as a woman. Many Mego Farrah doll's were discounted down to clearance sale prices after a few months and there are plenty of Mego Farrah Fawcett doll's available new in box at fair prices on Ebay. I don't think Mego Farrah sold very well during her time in the '70's.
Frankie looks terrific! Congrats and you have a wonderful "new"doll.

Nice! 🤩
I love this look. I might have to make a yellow lip, mullet Frankie for myself.
This was such a fun little quick and dirty custom! I love how Frankie looks with the yellow lip and mullet. This needs to be a look for them!
Right?!
I love it❤ Great job👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I almost spat my drink out when I read that title 😂 The doll turned out pretty great. I like the headpiece and the clothing complements her style.

Thanks for the kind words! 🥰 The posca markers still seem fine on the hair. No weirdness yet!
@thee_junkdrawer Cool beans! I have a small set of posca in my art supplies, I may do some tests of my own. Thanks so much! 💖
