Working out when you are young (for everyone!!) is really important to maintain health through life and have an easier life when we are older. Exercising is not only about losing weight, but keeping everything working so it doesn't atrophy.
I'm curious tho: how is it to protect your prosthetics and not break them? I was a bit worried about it lol but I know you do everything thinking of your safety first, I'm just thinking about it as I know they are pretty expensive and so crucial for your independence

man back extension is SO SCARY! I actually do an alternative one to that that works my back, shoulders and abds on...I honestly hate doing legs (I probably take them for granted...) but I do prefer the machines to the actual standing movements for the most part!
the thighs ones are freaking embarassing, but I do prefer those to the glute ones haha

Weight loss is more of a health goal than a fitness goal. Health = What you eat, Fitness = What you do.
Editing your caloric intake will do more for you achieving weight loss than any amount of exercise. Obviously ideally you would do both, but for weight loss goals, swap up that diet!

Like your explanation of the issues (balance & pain) that you have, which isn't something I'd know much about so I can now appreciate what you are going through. Not as easy as it sounds. As it has been said many times, No Pain, No Gain. It would be nice to know how you are progressing in a future video. Your voice/accent is pleasant on the ear and good to see you have done the make up/eyes before going on camera and always have a smile. I am sure you will have lost count of the amount of {Idiot People} you have encountered. I am thinking of a gym membership to try and get my HbA1c level down a bit and burn off the sugar so the Diabetic nurse informs me, even though I am quite active and have never had an office job stuck in front a screen. Could not hack that. Offshore work is what I have done for many years. Thanks for another enjoyable video.
