- 2024 Pan America... Is it ACTUALLY Better? After taking my first long distance road trip on the new Pan America Special, I had some unexpected thoughts.

Used to have a Honda Goldwing that needed the key for the bags and fuel cap. We used to get duplicate keys made, then buy small knobs of your choice from the hardware store, chop the key and epoxy it into the knob. That way you can just leave it in the bag lock, unlock and lock easily without having to get your keys out. Then if you ever have to truly lock the bags just pull em out like any other key. Works like a charm.
You do something similar but using rare earth magnets. A rare earth magnet is more than strong enough to get the key in place while riding. That way if you ever needed to remove the key, you could.
I once owned a Goldwing. A great bike, think of it like your big Harley. Then I rode a Yamaha Super Tenere (a very basic version) to Newfoundland from SW Indiana. From that point on, I thought "why do I need a big, big bike." I'm now on a second Super Tenere, this one "fully loaded". I've put 54,000 miles on it, leave tomorrow for a week in Utah and Colorado and Montana. At age 73, I just don't want a really big bike, though they are very comfortable, when a Super Tenere is more comfortable and manageable.
Great choice.👍
I did a test ride on a 2023 and will absolutely admit that in sport mode it shocked me. For a stock bike it’s wild. Even having 2 cars pull out in front of me and shooting for the stars wide open I never felt I was in a sketchy position.
Liquid cooling, baby!
I have a Pan Am & also have very high praise for its abilities! If you’re looking to go to soft side bags, I can highly… strongly… recommend the large Mosko dry/soft bags!! I have the 35L Back Country bags. They are Extremely durable, very easily accessorized, quick release system with carry handles & lockable (with a separate pad or key lock) when desired! Very much worth the buy!!! Best of luck & safe riding!
How is it holding up?
I just got home from a 2k trip through the mid Atlantic, PA and upstate NY on my 2022 Pan Am Special. Bike was flawless and such a joy to tour on. I agree with almost all your points on the PA. I had no issues at highway speeds over the mountain passes, navigating the steep downhills of western pa, etc. Even though my sport bags are finiky and probably not the best quality, i love being able to take them off and bring them in my hotel at night. I bought a used set of ADV Rider highway pegs before this trip too.. They worked well but they are also tricky, i had to tighten them often as they tend to move. So I may look to get a bigger windshield as iv'e heard they are even better at wind deflection. Glad you are enjoying the bike and ride safe.
Thanks for another great video. I'm a new-to-,me owner of a 2021 Pan America Special; traded my 2020 Road Glide for it, and am SO happy with this machine. I too have a few nit-picks (e.g., I agree; whoever designed those HD bags that require a key to open and close needs a dose of common sense), but wow, this bike is loads of fun! I just turned 74 years young, and I've owned way more bikes than I am decades old. This PA Special is SO easy to handle, particularly compared to the heavier machines! I'm admittedly mostly a BMW guy (not giving up my R1250RT; an AMAZING machine!), but the Adaptive Ride Height on this HD is the Bee's Knees!
Great video and I picked up my 2024 CVO Pan America on Monday Labor Day the ride was great. The power and the performance were amazing. Bad roads and curves were good with no problem it handled like a camp. #CVOPanAmerica 🤙🏾💪🏾✌🏾
Love the Pan Am! That motor is So Freaking FUN!!!
It really is!
I always have to have my bags locked. If I run into the gas station people would open them. People have no barriers when it comes to taking things that are not theirs. Now that I have said that, I used to live in Houston. I am now in a college town and I have learned the hard way to remember to lock it every time. Every single rider has their own things to look out for, and is different for all of us. I do see your frustration as it always locks. You are blessed not having to worry about that. Thank you so much for these moto vlogs again. I love your content.
I went to the Harley museum today and went on a demo ride with this bike, I fell in love with it. Definitely going to purchase soon!! Thanks, Jess!!
Hope you enjoy it!
Great vlog as usual Jess. I’m kinda spoiled with my 2022 R1250GSA but it is tall for some folks. And as recently as yesterday I was doing a lot more work to pilot it off-road compared to my buddy on the Tenere. Still, big ADV bike are great sport touring bikes over and above being able to comfortably go where the touring bikes are less comfortable. Glad you’re having a ball on the bike!
Jess, been waiting this video. I’m sitting in my garage looking at my 2022 ultra classic classic Milwaukee eight, and parked right behind It is my pan America, a 2023 model. at 64 years of age, I’ve had more Harleys than I can count. As you know all those Harley Davidson touring bikes, weigh 900 plus pounds😵💫. My Pan America is close to half the weight. It is my daily ride has all the bells and whistles PLUS there’s 1 million Harley Davidson dealers everywhere. Should you have an issue with your bike,(you know what I mean)….. I will be selling my ultra classic, though it has brought me a lot lot of happiness, cruising the highways, and byways of America…Pan America lighter to push around, easy to maneuver, and cruise around. Anyways, as always, great video. You are truly America’s biker lady keep up the great work, be safe out there, and enjoy your life to the fullest.
I love that we have the option!! ❤️
Bought my Pan Am with the same thought in mind, weekend dirt bike. I just sold my ultra limited, I am not getting any younger and the UL was not getting any lighter. Love my Pan Am. Great video Jess.
Bought a 2021 PAS as another bike other than my Indian Chieftain limited 116ci. And I really have enjoyed riding this bike over the last 8wks since a bought as a used bike. It really is easy to ride and the handling I fine great. Comfort is good and 😂the fuel economy is crazy good 430km/tank (265mls) is a good thing. It's soo comfortable and loves the highway as much as it is capable on a dirt road maybe a bit too big for me in a full ADV sense but capable absolutely. I did the risers and the handling got better and the comfort for long days is awesome.
How’s reliability? Any issues?
@MarvFitBikesKicks other than chain slipping off cause I didn't tighten up and I knew it was loose so that's all. Always a challenge to refit a chain with no tools on board thank God for a couple blokes who pulled up one with his family and his toolbox on board his truck. Got me going again 🙏
@@scottrubie6826 you’re a lucky, there’s so much bad news about this bike, electronics, fuel pump, suspension and other things I’ve read about this bike. Was looking to trade my 2022 low rider s for this but all that stuff scared me
@MarvFitBikesKicks lot of them are factory warranty items too. No recall just fix when they raised as an issue. Touch wood for me. Next bike will hopefully be the Africa Twin but not the DCT. The BMW is just too big. I've already got a bagger I don't need an adventure bagger lol.
So happy motovlog Mondays are back! Thanks for giving your review. I love that you love that bike. Just my opinion on ADV bikes used primarily for street: I'd leave the bars there if you're in love with the responsiveness, agility, and the ability to muscle the bike out of a mistake. Unless, of course, you're gonna be standing more than sitting. Great video!
I’ve had 2 different ADV bikes, Yamaha Super Tenere and I have a Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer, and my favorite highway pegs are T-Rex Racing adjustable highway pegs. You are able to fine tune the position that’s most comfortable to you. Bar risers are also something that is a must for me as well. Done iron butts on both bikes comfortably on both.
Love that bike, and you had me at the huge cases of beer……….I’m getting me one!
Great video! 🍻
I own one too, took mine from Dayton,Ohio area out through Montana/Wyoming/Colorado on a 5,000 mile trip and was perfectly comfortable the entire trip! I traded in my Street Glide for it. Great choice!
Very nice!
I really like the PanAm too. I took one for a test ride and you are right, it stalled three times before I could get it out of the parking lot. Probably because it was cold. I was thinking about trading in my Africa Twin Adventure Sport for one, but even after Harley offered me an excellent trade in value, I couldn't justify doing it because in my opinion the ATAS is simply a superior bike and it would have been a downgrade. If I had the garage space and the finances I would most likely end up with both bikes. But it's hard to do a switch when your bike is already end game.
What made you test ride it?
@@eranmaron909 I've had my ATAS for almost 4 years now. Kind of getting the itch for something different, even though it will probably be a downgrade from what I have now.
So I'm taking my MSF course at HD this coming April and this was one of the bikes I sat on and really felt good on. The other was a Heritage Classic. I do like how it's sort of a jack of all trades type of bike which is why I'm kind of leaning towards this as a first bike. Still planning to sit on some other brands as well. The Triumph scrambler was another on my radar. But yeah I can't wait to get started though. I was told next year the dealership was going to have an Adventure riding course too.
I used to own a triumph scrambler, it’s a fantastic motorcycle (and literally half the cost of the Pan Am) But I would choose the Pan over and over again. It’s just perfect for everything
Hey Jess, please don't forget to add the "Wunderlich Supplemental Side Stand Spring" 😉
That was the first after market part i bought for my CVO PanAm (called Panela 😂)
Greets from Germany ✌️
What do you think of the CVO? I am loving mine.
Hope there is a Cvo for 2025
I've been eyeing a Pan Am too, as my only bike. The only bikes it can't truly mimic are bikes I don't need, like a Super Sport or a true bagger with all the bells and whistles.
Get the tall pullback risers they make a huge difference also just added the extra side crash bars that you can put your feet on I had the same problem with pegs rotating around
I really miss my smashed '22 Nightster. The RevMax engine and those controls are a great combo.
Thanks for your vid, very informative and interresting.
I am interested in the new Pan América ST and I think this bike comes at the right time for me.
I came across this model by chance while looking on the new models on the Harley site from afar because I'm not too interested in the new products this year, I don't really like the new body style of the Tourings and I've been around Softails a bit. I tried the Pan America Special when it came out and I must say that the engine impressed me a lot but having a big ADV to go on the road didn't really appeal to me at that time.
I think that the MoCo really hit the nail on the head with the new ST, for me the look is much better than the S and the qualities of this machine will work wonders on our French road network, much more narrow and tormented than yours, I live in the countryside near the mountains and the majority of my rides are on small roads with bends and I like to ride on this kind of route in addition to two or three slightly longer road trips per year and I think that it could be the ideal machine for me who is 65 years old now. The only thing that slows me down is the style. I've been riding Harleys for years and I like the custom style. I'm currently riding a Road King special and this Pan Am ST looks a little too modern to me although I still like the look; another thing is the sportiness of this model, I'm more of a calm and contemplative rider and I don't like speed, so maybe it wouldn't suit me.
I like Harleys for their big bottom end torque and slow revving engines.
But I'll go try it.
What do you think about the new ST model ?
Greetings from France...
I just purchased mine in July 2024. After owning 6 Harleys, including this one. I wanted something different. I hated stopping where the pavement ends. I wanted something that blended my love for the outdoors and away from pavement with motorcycling. This fits the bill. I sell them now, and will be taking my first overnight trip to Pisgah National Forest in early October.
Absolutely agree with everything you mentioned here, I own a dyna, got the pan america as second bike but its fast becoming my go to bike for most rides. think harley davidson is on to a winner with the dirt glide😎
I just came over to the Harley world a month ago after riding a Suzuki Boulevard C90 for the last 11 years. I got a 2024 Heritage Softail Classic 114 and am having so much fun. It feels like riding a sport bike in cruiser clothes.
Congrats on the bike!
I like these and my local dealer has a good deal on one. I don't care for the distortion on the top of the windshield. Not really a fan of these digital screens on biked today, but it's almost impossible to get away from it. Have you looked into taking your locks to a locksmith and seeing if they can change them to what you want? I want one of these, but I'm still a bit leery on the reliability.
I got the AeeDEA highway pegs. Two mounting points of contact. Adjustable and will not slip like single contact pegs.
i've only held of on these as they take weeks, or maybe months to arrive from what i've heard.
I hope you got a good one. The seven people I personally know that bought the 2023 and 2024’s, all traded them back in after about 6-9 months. They all complained about so many issues and they spent most of those months in the shop. Five of the seven, their motors all locked up around 1200 - 1500 miles. Pan’s seem to have lots of issues.
Mine has been perfect. Had her for 5 months and has 5,000 miles on her.
I have a 13 flhtk I bought new. I always wanted another bike to ride that would go the places the harley wouldnt. So iI bought a klr 650 absolutly love it. Had the harley serviced at my dealer wsa checking out the pan america they talked me into a test ride now I want one the absolutly the sweetest bike I have ever riden may own one some day.
Cheers Jess ! 😃
Great video Jess 😊
This was a great video. Thank you.
Hey Jess! I don't know if you remember Randy (my favorite riding buddy) he had the green pan america at the campout in March but he'll be in tge ARS booth in eureka springs. So far he's gone from Florida to Maine, Milwaukee, Iowa Tennessee multiple times and blue ridge parkway. I'm on a older road king and I can never keep up! It's a rad bike. Frigging wheelie machine.
Pazoma has some really nice up and back risers for the pa,i had them on mine very good quality low price.
Nice review! I’m thinking of getting a 2025 pan America st
The only people that think the Road Glide is a good tourer, have never toured on a real touring bike. (Says the owner of a BMW RT) 😎
I’ve rented most of the Harley line at various places around the country and knew when I was ready to buy I needed a more upright riding position mostly because I’m an old man with low back issues. If I had room in the garage I’d probably own a Harley, but it would only ever be a day ride bike for me. Same goes for the BMW R1800 bagger.
But that is the beauty of this sport, there is a style of bike that fits every body.
Ride safe everyone and I’ll see you on the road!
Thanks jess great video
I have the Aeedea highway pegs!! After trying several different pegs, these are the best!!
Thanks for the review- been considering a 24 pan am to replace my r12gs
All your talk about this motorcycle, you are certainly adding to the itch of me wanting one, lol that would make bike number five for me
The bags are made by SW Motech. They are called the Trax Adventure series and have been a popular bag with Adventure bikes for many years. Sadly the lock/unlock thing to open and close the bags is the way they make most of them. The ones I had on my last adv bike were made by Givi and they were the same way. I am looking at bags again as I just picked up a new 1250 Special.
I hate it so much. I was in an unfortunate situation shortly after uploading this video where i needed to quickly access my 1st aid kit for a rider who went down.
Took me FOREVER to get the key off my key ring and unlock the bag. Such a major design flaw.
@@HerTwoWheels Yup a pain in the ass. On my other bikes the only time I would lock them was when I would be in a hotel, restaurant or something.
Always enjoy watching ride safe and enjoy
Hey jess, love your vidioes please keep it up.
This is really a great video. Every time they talk about the Pan-American it’s always numbers and rider modes in this and that they don’t talk about actually living with a bike. Now I’m a triumph guy and I love ripping my Harley friends tries are better, of course lol but this bike I can’t find anything to make fun of my friends with about it. The America and the sportster are absolutely amazing. Bikes And finally Harley made something modern. Of course I hear a lot of Harley people don’t like it just like every time they put out something different that’s superior than the average tractor bikes that they have. But this is an absolutely amazing motorcycle. The only thing I can find wrong with it is the Harley Davidson badge on it lol I guess that depends on your taste and admittedly my taste is not the best. Though triumphs are the best I’d probably rather go for a tiger900 if I was looking for that kind of bike, but I’m more of a cruiser guy in a vintage bike guy. But anyway, great video really enjoyed it. It’s very informative.
Nice video nice bike keep up the good work Her Two Wheels
Hey Jess, great see you riding Stevie. Note about getting taller risers, it does tend to block the view of the lower part of the infotainment screen.
Will we be able to watch the install of the new exhaust at Pig Trail HD?
Note about the pannier locks, you can leave them unlocked, the locks still snap close. Well, on mine they do that, I just them if I walk away from the bike for longer periods.
Hope to be able see you at the Meet & Greet 😁🏍💨🤙
I love that bike,,❤
We will be riding down to Eureka Springs for the Blue's Festival as well, from east-central Illinois. We will have to meet up with you at H-D.
Hey there, I currently own and ride a 19 Street Glide. I'm considering the PA because my hubby and I are planning a trip to Alaska from Houston, Tx in 2026. Your review was great, but I'm disappointed the PA doesn't offer a back rest for "long distance riding." I understand not having it for off road riding etc, but for for Long Distance, it's a must. I was thrilled to hear in your review that you plan to and can add hwy pegs! That's another thing I need. I've had five back fusions, so I need back support. I guess I can put something on the back seat to support my back, but that would look stupid IMO. You mentioned minimal wind buffeting. Really, even with that small windshield? Any thoughts? Look forward to your response.
I haven't been sold on either the HeliBars or the Harley Tall Boy options on my 22. Neither of them bring them back far enough for my taste. Maybe I have t-rex arms along with my short inseam and long torso. As for mounts for stuff, the Touratech GPS mount bar or the Wunderlich has a similar setup. Combine with ram mount balls and arms, you should be golden.
If someone hasn't said this, check out AEE Dea out of India. They have a set of highway pegs that cannot rotate.
How is it driving it in city traffic with it raising and lowering?
Having unlocked /unlockable bags defeats half their purpose, security. Those look like Givi and I dont find it inconvienant at all the way they work. I like not being able to latch without locking. Other wise it would be very easy to leave one unlocked when you do want something secured.
You might argue a large screwdiver could defeat the locks, True, but so does a razor blade blade with soft cases.
There's a video on UA-cam that shows a trick with the locks on the hard bags so you don't have to lock it everytime.
What clamp are you using for the Ciro cup holder on your crash bar? Thanks
What phone mount do you use? Does it protect against vibration and jacking up your phone screen?
I’ve been using Peak Design and absolutely love it!
Question - does that windshield do anything to eliminate wind buffeting?
When you were overseas, how did you obtain the motorcycle that you used?
I generally take my hard bags off and camp. Then I can go blast single track without worrying about them or my legs.
Good morning ❤❤
A company called Pazoma makes a ton of parts for the pan America I got a set of handle bar risers and a top plate that gives it a little bling and got the set for 80 bucks on eBay brings the handle bars up 2 inches and it’s the best 80 bucks I have ever spent.
Aeedea pegs are great!
One thing that makes adv bikes ride better is because of the extra suspension travel.
Hello everyone! And Jess I'm a newbie, and this will be my first international bike ride from India to Japan. I'm looking at the Harley-Davidson Pan America as a potential bike for the journey. Do you think it’s a good choice for such an adventure, or should I consider other options? Any tips or advice for a first-timer would be greatly appreciated!
Soooo.... It's been about 4 months since you posted this video and I wanted to ask you how the Pan Am has been for you. I'm planning to buy a used or leftover 2024 Pan Am this spring, and I know you get lots of miles in, so thought I should check in with you for some feedback.
It’s been perfect! Total transparency, I haven’t been able to ride since October because it’s winter where I live, but I was able to put a little over 5,000 miles on her in three months. She’s been excellent!
I am waffling between keeping my EVO Sporster which I love or upgrading. I am thinking ST, Road King, or Pan America. I am around 5'9 and have only ridden tall dirt bikes that would be close to the Pan America. Even those I kind of lean to flat foot on one foot. It looks comfortable. The engine looks light but comfortable. Looks like it can carry tons of cargo. It definitely kicks the Old BMW out of the water - the old Big Offroad Tourer.
You ride a R18 as well. That bike is one giant question. I love the look but I hate the idea of 700lbs and it being longer than a 80's compact station wagon. It looks bigger than a Rocket 3 in bulk.
No electronics or engine problems? I know the Sportster S is still having some troubles with it's setup. Should have had the bugs out of it already.
My wife Bubbles loved riding on the back of my Tiger 1200 when I had it. Not sure why she liked that so much. She was scared the first turn I took though....
Love my Pan... except for the seat...seat is a little uncomfortable for me but I'm really enjoying it otherwise.
I've tried it in all 3 settings and it's just not doing it for me. Looking at the Tourtech as a possible option.
check out Mean City Cycles in NC. They reshape and improve on stock PA seats. I mailed mine in and made a HUGE difference. Much cheaper than a new one too
@@tvd1188 thanks...will do! I'm close to them and didn't even realize!
I'm wondering if the brake cylinder location has something to do with the ADV "bloodline" to help protect against any falls or bush/tree snags it might encounter? Easier to lose a mirror than be stranded without brakes when you're trying to get home. Who knows, Buckaroo? 😃
I just performed the 1000mile maintenance on my 2024 PAS as well!!! Definitely a major improvement over my 2022. Still do not miss touring my 2020 RG. Congratulations!!!
your 24 PAS was better than the 22 PAS? I have the 22, and i've test rode them both and didnt notice a difference. What did you find?
@@tvd1188
The tuning of the motor. Better power curve and smoother.
The ease of starting.(Yeah, I am hip to people changing to Lithium)
More heat shields.
Reinforced windshield(which I never really had a problem with the last one).
The fuel pump is not as loud.
The Bluetooth works WAY better.
the cruise control shows a speed on the screen now. There are a few screen updates.
The ARH is WAY smoother.
The jiffy stand is better.feeling and has a better spring. I do not have to do as much to deploy it.
Just to name a few. It is like they fixed everything people complained about in the forums.
Do not get me wrong, I would have kept my 22. My 24 is more of a maintenance replacement.(Long Story) But after riding the 24 for a while, I have to admit is is more refined.
So is it fixed ?
Hello! I have been wanting to ride my 23 pan am here in North AL and it’s been a bit colder than usual. Do you think the stock scorcher tires have the capability to deal with the icy conditions, knowing that AL kind of never really has a plan to deal with these kinds of weather? Thanks!
Nothing will stick to ice. I suggest waiting for the sun to come out a bit longer before trying to ride on icy roads lol.
@ unfortunate but understandable
Did you ever find a decent highway peg for the Pan America?
i went with a lowrider st ,but like you said i wanted to get off a big heavy cruiser..
the police wire tie a key into the lock, so key cant be lost, and key is in the lock at all times when riding
Bought mine at Pig Trail 1 year and 9300 miles on my 23. The more I ride it the more I like it. The Harley risers will cover the bottom of the spedo screen. I put 2" up and 1" back on mine and it works great. A company named AEEDEA in India makes a very highway pegs and a real nice back rest. Put both on mine. Hope to say hi at BBB.
Yeah i might get some pull backs
What kind of drink cage is that? And is it mounted on the highway bar?
Hello! Great video. I'm debating between a used glide of some sort and the Pan America and can't decide. I want it for longer trips with my daughter like from Wisconsin to the Dakotas or Tennessee. The 24 PA I test drove seemed to be more comfortable than the 22 I rode last year. Given more saddle time and probably a set of risers do you think the PA really is equal yo the ride of a road or street glide for distance trips? I want the PA but can't afford buyers remorse. Lol
If you plan on doing two up, i’m sure many would agree, the glide will be more comfortable for your passenger. But the Pan tours just as comfortable as a glide
@@HerTwoWheels thank you for the response. Have a great day and ride safe!! See you on the next video 😊
Jess how do you decide which bike to ride?
Second I live in northern Ohio and know about the deer around here in my opinion I have deer whistles on all my vehicles and never had a deer come out on me. I’ve seen them come to the edge and then go back.
Ty
I feel the same about my BMW R1150 GS it’s 22 years old but I don’t think I could ever part with it.
Will you be dropping down from Wyoming to the western slope of Colorado for the rocky mountain hogs rally? More guided group rides than rally but should still be a good time.
GET THE HIGHWAY PEGS FROM HARLEY I HAVE THEM ON MY CVO SET AND FORGET EM
Good to know you're enjoying your new motorcycle. Do you think this bike is better than a Harley Davidson Fatboy? I saw a blue 2022 Fatboy with a 114 motor and less than 1000 miles on the clock.
Neither is better or worse. It's all personal preference.
@@HerTwoWheels Thanks also for the cracking good work you do on youtube for us!
I've have a 2022 Pan America Special, the beautiful army green version, got it new in March 2023, in Australia. I've done 15,000km (9,375ml). The only problems have been a starter clutch replaced in 2023 and recently the alternator failed with a loose magnet. They replaced alternator with the 2024 kit and it is running much better. I love this bike, great for the rough and long Aussie roads. I agree the bike does need to warm up. The tech is fantastic, I two finger clutch it, brings in the engagement faster, as it seem the last 20mm of the clutch to the bars does nothing.
I went for aftermarket bags that I only have to lock when I'm walking away, and they were 1/2 to 2/3's the price of the HD bags.
I fitted lower larger foot pegs, then used a clamp with a pivot on it to mount the original pegs on the back of the bars, so they don't get smashed when I drop the bike on dirt.
I slowed the steering by dropping the forks so they match the top of the clamps, lifting the front 15mm and making the side stand easier to use.
I also fitted the smaller tinted screen with a small tinted deflector on the top at 45 deg angle, and I don't get any buffeting on my helmet. Then I am use to bikes without fairings. I've been riding on the road 45 years, my other bike is a hotted up 1988 Lowrider with a sidecar.
Fully customizable! Love it!
Is this Manual? Love the African Twin DCT
Yes. Pan America’s only come in manual transmission.
What’s the difference between the 2023 pan an and 2024?
A year.
How tall are you ? Do you feel safe driving a tall bike ? I am 5 7
Do you have a cup holder?
Absolutely. Gotta put my iced coffee somewhere haha
Question Jess: Have you ever had a passenger on your bike? I don't remember see it.
I own 2023 Pan America S. I have my phone mounted on the right side of the handlebar. The brake fluid reservoir is not in the way.
I think I my have passed you there in Ashland Ohio today on state route 250 me and my daughter was on the yamaha tw200 enduro
I got a Honda Transalp 750 and have been having a blast on it! I still have my Road King but the Transalp is so much fun.
I want to like the pan am but just can’t. I test rode a few at demo days It’s fast and nimble but no way is the ride as good as my Electra glide for road trip. It’s a dual sport good for what it is.
Gotta say, that windshield distortion is really annoying.
Just for you watching through the camera. I don’t see it because it’s under my line of sight.
I feel the same way.....
do other Harley’s have the rider profile technology
Not the throttle by cable. Only the bikes with “ride modes”
I ride a touring bike and have also had every brand for the most part made to include Harley’s but I do not like anything about Pan American. I say that to say if you like it great but there are more things I don’t like versus the things I do like. Everyone has their own preference. I do wonder why you don’t do your own maintenance.
that micro windscreen really bothers me. whose idea was it to put a tiny windscreen on a big bike?
I'm here for the motovlog Mondays 🎉
