2nd) Can we migrate our account? If we migrate our account then what will happen to global version? Can we still play global and this version with same ID?

If it’s the same like BGMI, you won’t be able to transfer your account in the first place.
But why does it matter? Even in the global version you are only matched with players in the Indian server unless you use VPN in which case the ms is terrible
