  • Fluid art dutch pour with satin enamels. Acrylic pouring, blow dryer technique, modern art, abstract art
I am doing a blow dryer pour again (dutch pour), I am loving this acrylic pouring, fluid art fun. This time I wanted to experiment with a the same color scheme n my previous video that was inspired by pinterest! There is something so satisfying about blowing the paint around the canvas and blowing it out afterwards. I like how soft the edges look and I love the color combination together! The colors got swallowed, but i still think the metallic is cool in the center.
    Canvas is a 10x10 in
thank you to all that have supported my channel! If you would like to donate, you may use the link below, every little bit counts so that i may make more videos!

I continue testing out arteza paints. I love them, the colors are extremely vibrant. I am not sponsored by arteza, but there are affiliate links below of you would like to purchase with a discount code!
Colors: bordeaux red, olive green, van dyke brown, pearl copper gold, and white
White base: winsor and newton white mixted with satin enamel 50/50 then 25% floetrol and water for consistency
PM for the rest of my colors: floetrol, Mixed in a 1pt paint, 2 parts PM plus water.
(original dutch pour inspired by rinske douna).
Hope you enjoy the video! Thank you so much for watching. Happy painting!
I am so happy that I found acrylic pouring/fluid art a few years ago. It has helped me in so many ways and it just keeps getting better and better. This visual arts creative outlet has made me so happy. I am loving this abstract art! I hope to keep doing this for years to come! I have always been fascinated by modern and contemporary art. There is something about it that is so freeing and expressive. I love acrylic pouring because I get to experiment and really join the creative side of my brain with the scientific part! There are so many different fluid acrylic pouring techniques out there, so much more to try and have fun with. Make sure you are subscribed to my channel so that you may learn and be creative with me. I love hearing all of your comments. As I have been told and learned was true, a little Satin Enamel White goes a long way, it will take over all other colors.

    • @MOLLYSARTISTRY

MOLLY'S ARTISTRY ... Okay! Thanks. I had thought my adding too much water was what causing my paintings to crack. This before I read and watched tutorials about the maximum 30% rule then, I knew I was over hydrating my paint.

Cool! Hey, it makes things more interesting when you get stuck! Lol! Sometimes when I let go of my blow drier, my fingers are stuck together, & cramped in a weird position. Ha ha! I paint in bare feet cuz I hate shoes, & I know that when I step in fresh paint, to stay away from my carpet! 😆😂😆😂 (my workshop is in my living room, the area where the flooring is torn up)! What will I do when the new flooring is laid? I don't know! Lol! I've only been acrylic pouring since this past April, but I've already gotten orders! I call myself "Barefoot Acrylics". If I sell my paintings, cool. If not, that's cool too. I'm having fun!
