Born in a small village of Virginia in the Free State, Florence Ndlovu is a successful entrepreneur, mother, wife and CEO who turned her pain into purpose. Growing up Florence says she has always had a knack for business and used to sell sweets at school. The media first introduced Florence to us as the first black female entrepreneur to own a pizza franchise. She is now the Chief Executive Officer of lifestyle brand, MK Oziel Sportwear that was birthed from losing a loved one.
