Only addiction of mine is UA-cam And the irony is UA-cam is the only thing that helps me tooo !! Let’s overcome its addiction and use it in the best possible way !!
I'm not here to flex anything but just wanna share my journey I started my neet preparation on exactly 13 April 2018 i scored 512 in neet 2020 , the cutoff was raised to 554 so i was out 😥 Then my parents gave me a chance for which I was not ready and then I didn't studied, ya that's true and i accept that then due to not studying for whole 8 months what can u expect , i scored 420 i was not broken this time cause I didn't studied but my mom cried and that was like a full fledged slap on my face i forgot what was my mission, to not let a drop from my parents eye ever again and this time it was my choice to take a drop i studied this time seriously and finally in NEET 2022 i score 620/720 Now i feel like if I can do that anybody can Now let's end our convo and best of luck guys Don't just be wanna be Doctor, let's be Doctor 👍👍👍
Ur story is just like mine but u had indeed very good score without studying also now I'm also preparing for the neet 2023 and I had lost my mind and stopped in the early of journey about 4 months but now I have decided to start again and fight for my dream come true by my dedication and hardwork thanks for sharing ur story it helped me imagine my future if I don't study now what will be my parents reaction could be thank u
Now Sundays are incomplete without your videos 😍 it just feels amazing being a part of this enormous family and cracking NEET under your mentorship... Keep posting...😌😌 Btw First again 😁😁
Hello Anuj Bhaiya I am 19 yr old kid completed my 12 boards in 2022 and took a drop for jee mains but fell into addictive activity and got 62 percentile in first attempt . My 2nd attempt of jee mains is just 3 day from now and i am not single bit prepared . studying PCM for me is as hard as climbing mountain without any experiance . My retention capacity is gone , i feel guilt bcoz of what I had done in this drop year . I decided to follow your routine to turn my life around I will edit this comment once i will get out my addiction
It is really hard to describe how much this video has helped me. I have been using UA-cam since 2018, and i was addicted there would be no day when i wouldn't use youtube for at least 2 or 3 hours a day (for the sake of entertainment), i tried hard to get out of it every time bt failed continuously it affected my studies and moreover i lost on myself, i used to say i can't do anything. Bt it was only once i came across this video and it really inspired me to stop using youtube. It has been almost a month since i ve not even used youtube for even a minute. It might not be a big deal to some ppl bt it is a really huge milestone in my life. I can now feel i am at least not addicted to youtube. U r doing an appreciable job sir. Thank u 😊
Few months ago my Manga addiction was at peak. My screen on time was about 11 hrs on an average and the anime app always has a screen on time of more than 8 hrs daily. I manged to over it at present, you all can also guys. Just try a bit harsh way.
everything u said is so true !!!! even though I have switched my phone off for about 3 4 months now still i am addicted to youtube that i waste almost 1 day a week whenever i see my parents i feel so guilty that they expect so much from me and what i am doing is just opposite but i am working hard to remove all the distractions and follow the right path ...this video is grt
I was addicted to Anime, Bgmi,Manga, Webseries, Social media, etc but now I don't know what i am addicted to bcoz i stopped everything that i just mention about except Bgmi but i only played for like 30min a day so it doesn't counts as addiction but i think my Main source of addiction UA-cam bcoz at youtube you can get anything you wanted on your feed, and there's no solution to UA-cam bcoz you can't delete it 🤧
My biggest addiction is daydreaming. It just ruined my 2 years of neet preparation and also now for neet 2023. Literally worried about my future. This addiction is uncontrollable. Don't know what to do
Hi .. i had the same problem n the worst part of uncontrollable unconscious day dreaming was it consumed my time n did procrastination of studies.. one solution is like ..before u start to day dream .. stop n do study for just 2 mins the whole page u were going to study.. just give 2 mins only.. then if u get your mind control back in between your day dreaming duration..keep 2 mins of study in between.. slowly u will come out of day dreaming..n also time did not get wasted..
Before lockdown I was completely addicted to Instagram. I don't know where the enlightenment struck from but it's been 2 years since I ever visited insta again. I even noticed changes within myself. I started concentrating on physical health, got into a healthy relationship, listening k-pop, need not to say I screwed up my 2021 attempt in neet but 2022 is all fine. It's hardly some 35 days for the academic session to start. So everybody.... Identify your addiction and check whether it is either Bane or boon for your studies. If it is, use these days efficiently to cut it off to avoid any unnecessary regrets in the future. *I am in the process of upgrading myself too*
I was addicted to a lot of things in the lockdown when school reopened started to socialize everything like that a lot of addictions flew away but after farewell of our school I am separated from my closest friends who were like my backbone now I have only one friend in my college who's like my role model cuz she was studious in her school life but now she's also depressed now we have both determined to get good marks in exams and we are improving.....
Just leaving my pain here. I have some personal family problems. I dont know if im happy or sad or making myself depressed . But i am sure that i am confused. Wearing a fake personality to every person. I want to cry , i want to shout very loudly , i want to punch walls, but i cant. I always have this feeling of sharing my journey like you said but i have this feeling like Dont trust anyone , what if you get into some fight with the person you shared your pain and he mentions it and use it as weapon to hurt you. So i never shared my feelings to my friends or family. I dont trust anyone. So most of the time i create a imaginary situation with different person i want to share my feeling and tell myself a little solution. Also if one day i make my mind and say my problem to that person , i dont want to hear words like There are people with problems bigger than you are facing , its nothing . No, i dont want that. Ofcourse there are people with problems 10times worse than me but I can only relate to the problem i have faced . For me, my problem is worse because i experienced it. I have addictions too , i tried to break it many times, relapsed many times, now again trying to stop my addictions. To not go crazy , i just talk to me in mind like two different person. I have a logical me and emotional me created inside my mind. I hate the emotional me and Logical one makes correct decisions. I think thats all i wanted to comment , i have this many times in many videos and different channel but i felt like someone insult me and hate me , so i would just discard it. Im sorry if you feel like im exagerrating and you have worse problem. Sorry if i wasted your precious time.
Hey, I'm gonna be honest that you're the one giving me that positive boost to everytime I feel low and you make me realise that I can actually make something good out of my life ,so thank you
I will start this from today onwards. I am also addicted to Minecraft multiplayer but now I am feeling to move on something very productive. I will follow this for 21 day if I will feel comfortable with all of it i will continue this till my educational stage. Thanks for posting this.

Thanks a lot bhaiya I was very sad after wasting 2 hrs on shorts :( Now I won't Will update this comment everyday i promise 16/11/22- the day I really get my shit together 17/11/22- didn't watch a lot of shorts and was able to study 8 hrs 18/11/22 yes I studied today 19/11/22
Can you kindly make the video on the best thing to do when taking a breaking after studying ..am always on my phone as I take my study break.. which usually gets me districted
Yes bhaiya you gave the correct point to socialize yourself , I do myself don't go out don't interact with my family much I just get packed in my room n do anything ( waste my time ) and from today I've decided to avoid this and interact with them go out have some enjoyment
What a surprise I am also preparing for neet and the two biggest distractions standing in my way are Minecraft and manga. I like books and getting to read such amazing plots for free is hard to stop and not to say anything about minecraft .I am not addicted to any other games but Minecraft just draws me in .Its freedom to do what ever u want is too mesmerizing as is how innovative u have to be to thoroughly use its mechanics.
Hello Anuj.... I'm ashish, BAMS final year student... I have been watching your videos since your 2nd year🤩 also mine 2nd year. 😂 Sometimes its looks like we share a virtual journey together.. I have learned so many small techniques from you like how to increase reading output & retaining information, increasing brain's potential to read large portion in short time, I implemented so many of your techniques and got results also. Your way of explanation is very understandable. Thanks for all your efforts... It has some deep effect on my brain in my studies... 🤩😍
Thank you so much bhaiya for posting this video on right time .. I just addicted to UA-cam shorts from last 7 days . ND now i M not able start my studies again🥺but now I got it,🖤
getting addicted to video games is the easiest task out there. as long as u have a control over how much time u spend on it and it doesn't end up jeopardizing your studies or assignments, you're good. not everyone can read novels as a way to relax and like playing games which is understandable. control the time u spend on it (1-2 hrs max) and everything's fine.
I m a neet aspirant and I play a mobile game called mlbb, which many of you might not have heard of... I play it like almost 7 or 8 hours per day. Addiction is mere word to describe it i think.
Thank you so much for this video, I really needed this video. I was also getting very addicted to social media, due to this reason my study were suffering, so I uninstalled Facebook and other social media apps. But I don't understand how can I do any productive work instead of using social media this time or how can I handle my addiction towards social media. After seeing your video I really get a direction that how I control myself, how I change myself. Once again thank you bro...😊 I wish for your great future, and I will follow your path.
I think that your video and your voice both have magical power ⚡⚡⚡⚡ Which attract me towards my study 📚✏ Thank you very much bcz of your dedication towards 18 lakhs neet aspirant with their sweet ambition 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I was addicted to porn. Eventually end up masturbating. But now I realise that it cost me so much for eg- my time, my concentration, willpower, self esteem. I wasn't able to focus on the real thing which could help in my future, for my career growth. So I decided to quit all the things from now on and replace with some new habit like running, reading books , exercises. Thanks for this video

3. don't think of it as a streak but a generalized graph

Yes bhaiya you gave the correct point to socialize yourself , I do myself don't go out don't interact with my family much I just get packed in my room n do anything ( waste my time ) and from today I've decided to avoid this and interact with them go out have some enjoyment
We want this type of videos on youtube
Thanks sir
Watching this video on my addiction 🥲
Thanks dada for this video 🌷
Best thing that I'm watching this video coz of my UA-cam addiction.
Sunday turned special again💫
What a surprise I am also preparing for neet and the two biggest distractions standing in my way are Minecraft and manga. I like books and getting to read such amazing plots for free is hard to stop and not to say anything about minecraft .I am not addicted to any other games but Minecraft just draws me in .Its freedom to do what ever u want is too mesmerizing as is how innovative u have to be to thoroughly use its mechanics.
life is changing bro its more productive inforamtive thank you brother❤
Anuj bhaiya actually I'm addicted to going out with my friends and it's making me feel so guilty now because my studies have to suffer.
Today i was busy so can't view this. Now start. This increase my motive
Bams failure😂😂
@@focused7310 What do you mean failure...?
Thank you so much bhaiya for posting this video on right time .. I just addicted to UA-cam shorts from last 7 days . ND now i M not able start my studies again🥺but now I got it,🖤
finally a video for non medical students
Hello bhai. Just wanted to tell you that i am addicted to your videos and voice. Bless up amd keep going 😍
getting addicted to video games is the easiest task out there. as long as u have a control over how much time u spend on it and it doesn't end up jeopardizing your studies or assignments, you're good. not everyone can read novels as a way to relax and like playing games which is understandable. control the time u spend on it (1-2 hrs max) and everything's fine.
not only subscribers is increasing but parallel vedio quality is also increasing
In this case ur videos are my dopamine hit can't lose that one 🙃
Yes it actually works I also addicted a game then that game replace with video editing and photography then I feel more happy than before! amazing🤩
I m a neet aspirant and I play a mobile game called mlbb, which many of you might not have heard of... I play it like almost 7 or 8 hours per day.
Addiction is mere word to describe it i think.
"CLICKED YOUR VIDEO WITH THE SPEED OF 3×10⁸ I MEANT I ALSO GOT ADDICTION TO YOUR VIDEO"😂😂
Hahaha
You didn't mention unit
@Bedanta Bytes not really, speed can have alot of units but if unit is not mentioned, we can infer it as m/s as it is the SI unit.
