1:22:01 - Andy puts it at 39, Tim puts it at 36, Greg and Nick puts it at 23, so it’s 23? That’s not how voting works! The majority was lost after 36, so it should be 36!
It's not voting though, it's ranking - so it would be an average of the 4 ratings, putting it at 30. But seems they don't do it that way - and that's their prerogative, it's their channel...
I had to Google it cause I couldn't remember the term. It's called plurality, which is not a majority or average. So basically whatever has the most votes wins, regardless of the percent total.
I have a friend that used to think muscular women are disgusting and horrible even in animation until he saw Captain Carter now he's completely changed his mind
I was a hard meh last season, but overall, I think it’s been great. I would give anything to see Jon Favreau in the voice booth during the 1609 Avengers episode.
Mick Wingert has actually done Tony Stark's voice for other Iron Man projects in the past. He also does a perfect Jack Black impression (Kung Fu Panda tv show)
Man, I love Captain Carter, but well received isn’t the word I’d use. Pretty much everywhere that isn’t kinda funny absolutely shit in this season because it “ruined” Captain Carter and made her a Peggy sue. I’ve seen multiple threads say that it’s the worst attempt at pandering since Netflix did that period show with the girl from it. I don’t agree, what if s1 and 2 are A+ content in my book, but the “general” audience(or the ones who can tweet the most and the loudest) has spoken, and said that this ruined marvel again, because every project that isn’t GOTG or Loki “ruins” marvel now
i thought season 2 was so good. the animation has elevated considerably, it's so beautiful now, and the writing in most episodes has increased in quality as well. my favourite stories have been Nebula, Grandmaster, Kahhori, Hela & Strange.
im glad people are liking it but im over the jokey comic book show/movie with quips and jokes i just wanna watch something with a serious tone, watched the first episode of echo and i hope more of the mcu goes in that direction
I like certain individual stories and characters of What If, but I really have no interest in the show doing an interconnected multiverse crossover story. I want self-contained anthology stories about what happens when established events in the history of the universe diverge. We got that in several of them for the most part. The Happy Hogan Saves Christmas one is a little iffy because as enjoyable as it was, if it didn't end by implying Happy was stuck with the powers permanently, it would work perfectly well as an "untold story" of the main timeline. Captain Carter (who I love) bouncing around different Earths isn't a What If to me. Kahhori's episode was and was a great up until the very end with Strange showing up to create a disjointed set up for the finale. Her subsequent appearance as part of another team-up was far less interesting.
Especially as a non-native English speaker, I was super impressed they did the Kahhori episode completely in the correct languages. That is super rare for an otherwise all English production.
I really liked the first say 5 episodes, and they were quite funny as well, but the last ones tying everything up as it were, just weren't as good for me. But, a good watch none the less.
Wasn’t a massive fan of season 1 so don’t want to invest too much time in it. Are there a few episodes that are key MCU watching that anyone would recommend from S2?
Nick: "I don't like racing movies." Nick two days ago: "Blessing you need to watch Talladega Nights it's a good movie about a racer who gets knocked down and has to climb back up to the top." One of Nick's fastest flip-flops?
Would any of the KF crew be interested in doing Percy Jackson for a Screen cast watch along? It's been pretty good so far, I'm interested what y'all think of it
They literally mention at the start of this video that they're waiting for Aquaman 2 to be released on streaming to do a live reaction/watch-a-long. They haven't seen it yet, so no review.
The “what if” back-and-forth starting around 53:00 is freaking hilarious. I need a compilation of every time Nick has said “What Iiiiiffff……?”
Hate to say it but Nick’s right. Season 2’s “What if” is slightly more subtle.
It’s confirmed to be the exact same audio recording, you can literally test it with your phone to see if the audios different. And it’s not
“leaves you with a sense of wonderment” absolutely had me 😂😂😂

Nick voice: ‘what iiiiiiiiiiffffff’
Nick has ruined this show for me because every time I hear the title, I do it in Nick's voice 😂
@@MelodicQuest Same. Every damn time
This list has become so chaotic
Doesn't help ranking the shows seasons individually, looks bad imo
I thought the Tony Stark was actually scary good how much he felt like a younger cartoon version of RDJ
Personally I think Mick Wingert *killed it* as Tony Stark. His performance made that episode for me.
"Wongers"
Damnit
I agree, thought he did a great job and was the highlight of the episode for me
I have a friend that used to think muscular women are disgusting and horrible even in animation until he saw Captain Carter now he's completely changed his mind
ngl Carter can punt me through three skyscrapers anytime.
man I’ve missed Kinda Funny content. I realise it hasn’t been that long but it felt like it lol
Finding out the 10 rings are strong enough to kill a god was a cool thing to learn that wasn’t brought before in the MCU
I really like the set for the In Review shows. Looks really good in the new studio
I really enjoyed Season 2, fun thr whole time! Also, did that last scene make me rewatch the Loki finale? Yes, yes it did
I was a hard meh last season, but overall, I think it’s been great.
I would give anything to see Jon Favreau in the voice booth during the 1609 Avengers episode.
Jon Favreau sounds was having the time of his life. Literally does a bad British accent for no reason 😂
Yeah I’m cool with his stark voice. Don’t want someone that sounds too different. Did a great job.
Mick Wingert has actually done Tony Stark's voice for other Iron Man projects in the past. He also does a perfect Jack Black impression (Kung Fu Panda tv show)
Enjoyed this season notably more than season 1. Hela episode was the standout for me.
Hey invite Bruce Greene to the DCEU funeral. He said he would want to be there.
So glad to have yall back
Also gotta do boy and the heron for miyazaki in review
It's so great how well received Captain Carter is, especially considering how she seems to have become the main character of What If
Man, I love Captain Carter, but well received isn’t the word I’d use. Uhhh I got to be honest, on social media, most people HATE Captain Carter. They're confused as to why Marvel keeps trying to "push" her so hard.
i thought season 2 was so good. the animation has elevated considerably, it's so beautiful now, and the writing in most episodes has increased in quality as well. my favourite stories have been Nebula, Grandmaster, Kahhori, Hela & Strange.
I thought the man in the iron mask in ep8 was Moon Knight for a second. haha It wouldn't have made sense but would have been cool.
im glad people are liking it but im over the jokey comic book show/movie with quips and jokes i just wanna watch something with a serious tone, watched the first episode of echo and i hope more of the mcu goes in that direction
We back 🙌🏽
Yeah, black widow is definitely not Scarlett Johansson, it doesn't even sound close tbh, it's lake bell based on IMDb
definitely Lake Bell. i actually like her take on Widow here.
1:09:02 the actress, same women that plays Bonnie in Echo
56:28 I'M DYING 😂

it was one of my favourite episodes.
Nick, ep 5 of Blue eyed samurai is the best episode of tv I’ve ever seen ❤🎉
Does it bother anyone else how much they mention blue eyed samurai and how great it is, knowing that they'll never do a podcast breaking it down?
Tim: "It'd be cool if in one episode, we saw Groot drive a car"
I have the same Yeti bottle Nick. Yeti bros!
I am very proud of you guys… keep pushing and never give up on your dreams. Kinda Funny for life!!!!
KF4L 💯
Aqua man 2 live, oh god lol.
"Hey Ian Malcolm! Let's see you 'find a way' out of this one."
Will you guys be getting to The Boy and the Heron?
So the version of this uploaded to the games channel is the same ?
I really liked the first say 5 episodes, and they were quite funny as well, but the last ones tying everything up as it were, just weren't as good for me. But, a good watch none the less.
Wasn’t a massive fan of season 1 so don’t want to invest too much time in it. Are there a few episodes that are key MCU watching that anyone would recommend from S2?
All of Season 2, except for episode 1, was worth the watch. Trust. Its so much fun.
Fun side note: The Spider-Man movies are now on Disney+
They've been there for a while. Not "No Way Home" tho
What if... Kinda Funny did Predator in Review?
Season 2 was way better than the first! 👾🔥🔥
On this day Greg and Nick saw justice done. What If S1 didn't deserve to be so low and thankfully it hasn't happened a 2nd time.
Nick: "I don't like racing movies."
Nick two days ago: "Blessing you need to watch Talladega Nights it's a good movie about a racer who gets knocked down and has to climb back up to the top."
One of Nick's fastest flip-flops?
I personally wouldn't consider Talladega Nights a racing movie. It's more of a comedy about racing. Not the same thing.
It's not a real racing movie LOL. It's a comedy more than anything.
I do think the “what ifs” are different
Boy and the heron in review?
@kindafunny How come you never did Clerks III for Kevin Smith In Review?
They did, Search Kinda funny clerks and it's the top result, Sept 16 2022
What if doesn’t have every actors likeness
Would any of the KF crew be interested in doing Percy Jackson for a Screen cast watch along? It's been pretty good so far, I'm interested what y'all think of it
Y’all make the rankings dumber and dumber with every installment. The longer both lists go without being corrected the more pointless the list are.
What Iiiiiifff...
Man that ranking of the movies is all messed up. How is love and thunder and she hulk above iron man?
It's so stupid
Where's aquaman 2 review?
They literally mention at the start of this video that they're waiting for Aquaman 2 to be released on streaming to do a live reaction/watch-a-long. They haven't seen it yet, so no review.
Darcy is a bottom five MCU character
She was only good in one appearance (Love and Thunder) and it was one of the worst movies LOL
