Yeah it's a bit ambitious, especially since I'm also filming and posting these episodes on youtube while working on the project (there might be a small delay of a day or so in uploading the videos). Actually having a lot of fun working on this. I'm on the official day 5 right now and the landscape is looking amazing so remember to check out that video when I get it uploaded in a couple of days. Those legs are working really well, made the design for another project and just kept making them as the get the job done. If you are interested in the measurements just let me know. Best wishes and happy racing
I hear you! I remember when I started working on model railways and tabletop sceneries in a small flat :). One of the reasons I moved to the country side was actually to get more room for my hobbies. Especially slot car tracks are really space consuming.
Well ....Ive just had a chance to go back to this. The first day of the build 🤗 im going to enjoy catching up during the week ...reminds me of starting my garage track and house track builds . Super stuff 👌....Harry
Hi Harry and thank you for deciding to check out all of the videos. Really hope that they inspire you. I will try to add some videos with the upgrades I do on the track after I have finished it. Lights, a bit of animals, a bit more vegetation and a set of easter egs spread around the track. Anyways, thank you so much for your support :)
An exciting project mate! Looking forward to watching the progress over the 7 days. Good luck. Cheers 👍😎🇦🇺 P.s. Those folding table legs are brilliant. I’ll be making some of those for my modular track too 👍
Thanks for your feedback. I will post the next episode on Thursday, takes a bit of time preparing the video material for UA-cam. Great that you like the legs, if you would like the measurements, let me know?
Thanks, will need it :) And thanks for joining the channel, much appreciated. I will post the next episode on Thursday, takes a bit of time preparing the video material for UA-cam.
Can you order some radius 2 and radius 3 curves? I always like mixing the curves together to really create a variety. Your space is amazing. I never thought about printing slot car tracks but I guess it could be done. You would have to add the rails somehow. I look forward to your progress.
Yeah I would really have liked som other curves, but the plan is to build the track with the stuff I have laying around. I'm going to experiment a bit with cutting some of the excisting track pieces into other radius curves. It's quite easy 3d printing track pieces and adding copper tape to them, could also make a version with braid. The Drag Race strip I have made is all 3d printed. Thank you so much for your feedback, I'll make sure to add next episode later this week :)
Hi and thank you all for watching. Remember that comments and feedback are always appreciated. So shoot away :)
Very ambitious project, subscribed and looking forward to seeing your progress as the days fly by. I like the design idea of the legs for the table.👍

I'm so envious of the amount of space you have to work with. Sometimes it seems like I'm trying to do projects inside of a submarine.
