I don’t understand how knowing about penalties for breaking certain traffic laws makes me a better driver. This is a stupid matter, but then the whole DMV is riddled with STUPID.

This info is inaccurate in one question about safe following distance the answer is 2 seconds, later in the list the same question worded slightly different and then the answer is 3 seconds! It can’t be both!!
