Thanks for this detailed description. I like the way you've added the square wood 'beams' on the corners to give the structure more rigidity. I was thinking I had to buy/download any desired cardstock projects - but now I see that with my own camera and (inkjet) printer - I too can add my own buildings to my model. That's very cool. It's an Athearn. I've got an Eatons and a Simpsons. Athearn made them in the early 2000s. A friend picked them up for me, probably at a hobby shop I honestly don't remember where he found them.
