*Heather, the item you made over in project #1 is a base made by Princess House to keep a glass pot of coffee hot. In the circle on the bottom goes a little votive candle🕯in a clear glass container to keep the coffee in the glass pot hot while serving. It's the same principle that is used with little pots of sterno underneath chafing dishes on buffet tables. 😊😉 I own 2 of those Princess House coffee pots with warmers in Copper. Princess House made 2 versions: 1 Silver-plated and 1 Copper-plated. Since you didn't have the glass coffee pot to go with your base, I think turning it into a riser was BRILLIANT❣️ Your finished project looks very pretty and delicate, and I think adding a single rose bloom to the circular place where the votive candle would have gone - in the same soft pink color of your rose transfer - would be the perfect finishing touch❣️💕🌺 All of your projects today turned out beautifully, and I admire your persistence to keep on going until you love the end result of your project - even though it may have turned out differently than you originally envisioned❣️ Way to stay the course and NOT QUIT, LOL❣️🌺💕🤪🤣🤣🤣 Hahahaha‼️Sometimes the lesson we learn is to "make the best of it" when we can - and that's all right❣️😁💜*
Hello Heather. I enjoyed the soft pink in this video. My fave is the riser. Love the color of the wood round. Yes, Girl, I have too much of a stash to buy anything new. Thanks for encouraging us to keep at it until we love our projects. I have a few pieces I need to revisit. So happy to see Sweet Henry this week. He's precious. I got a new Boston Terrier puppy on Monday. She's a handful but I'm loving it. Hope you have a great week and give Henry a squeeze. Take care😊
Love the projects! You motivated me to finally go through my “craft supply collection” and to be honest it was depressing to see all the abandoned ideas and projects from the last year… It’s so much easier to thrift for a new project then to create from what you already have. I seriously commend you for doing this and challenging the rest of us to do it with you. Seeing you not be completely satisfied with a project but not give up is truly inspiring! Instead of thrifting this week, I’ll be stopping by your booth to get some vintage pink!
I really like the soft tone of the pinks you used. Each of your projects came out beautifully! Collecting supplies is definitely a part of the crafting process! Using up what you have is a great way to make room for new supplies! 😂
The rose mirror was gorgeous, I probably would have put an Iod flower I in it, a bright one. That light pink color is so fresh, good summer too. That little dish was cute.
Your previous marrying together video inspired me! I had a set of three, and a pair of candlesticks that didn’t sell. Checked my stash for wood rounds and found five perfect ones. Quick flips and it will be so much fun to stage them in the booths!
For the sweet rose mirror tray, maybe doing a light coat of glass frosting spray paint first, then the transfers, the transfer halos might be less obvious
Heather- just seeing this. First I loved all your projects in this video, don’t change the roses tray…it’s lovely the way it is! Someone who absolutely loves roses would definitely be interested. It has a cottage chic to it and the roses will probably be coved by bottles or items anyway. Went on a 10 day trip to Hawaii and been home only this week. It’s hard to come back and get back in the groove w…anything! lol but after watching your video it has truly got me excited to get back in there and start creating. But first I must clean up the mess. 🥴
Hi Heather! So good to see your video. I liked all the projects and the pink paint on the tall candlestick really brought out it’s details. I think the rose tray would be lovely with either a toile print on the mirror or if you could find tissue paper or decoupage paper in a soft pink, green and white plaid that would be pretty. Love to see Henry.
I can't tell how big the mirror was, but the bull skull with the script behind it from IOD Desperado would be amazing! Then, add florals from IOD to kind of drape down the antlers. Sammie @ Unicorn Dust Designs did a two piece project like that and I have kept it in my head to do on my childhood hope chest that my late grandfather made... ❤❤❤ Beautiful job today girl!
Something you could try with those old transfers is use it as a template to paint over... paint inside the lines using similar colors. That way the little missing bits are covered and it looks like an art piece and that you know how to paint like an artist.
Hey girl, I wonder what the mirrored tray would have looked like with some antiquing / vintage process applied to the mirror. I feel like that could be a pretty combo with those light pink flowers.
I think that would be gorgeous! My challenge is that is usually done from the back of the mirror and it didn’t come apart easily. Maybe it would be worth a try if it turns out amazing!?!
I love the vintage pink tray but the flowers aren't doing it justice. I think maybe try a gold lacy stencil so you can see more of the mirror and maybe give it a romantic touch.
I am so sorry! We had some trouble before my website went live with hackers and then put really strict firewalls up. Let me see if I can get that changed now that the threat is gone. Sorry! 🫣
@@CreateYourOwnCozy - Thank you - I'm sorry too! 💐 I meant to say "ordering on there"! 🙄🤦🏼♀️ And it wouldn't have stopped me from watching & being a subscriber... you're too fabulous for that!! 🤩 And I completely LOVE the pink! 💖💖💖
I love the rose tray with the roses on the mirror. Put on your dresser with a strand of pearls and a few vintage perfume holder.
Great idea!!

What a great idea to add a second small wood round! I will be in the lookout now for one around my space!
Love how you married the first piece. Beautiful
Thank you!
Love the brass bowl makeover! It's perfect to hold jewelry!
Thank you so much! Are you going to Haven this year? I’m going to go and would love to catch up!
@@CreateYourOwnCozy I'm not going to Haven this year It would have been great to catch up with you though! You''ll have a great time!
@@ReinventedDelaware I hope it will be good! Took a couple years off and ready to learn more again! Your channel has really grown! Congrats!!
My favorite is the metal bowl with the painted inside and delicate flower. Lovely.
Thank you! 😊

I’m so excited for your new family member! Puppies are a lot of work but totally worth it! ❤️❤️❤️
How much fun you must be having picking out items you already have and putting them together and upcycling. Great jobs!
Is it more fun than shopping? 😜. Maybe not…but it feels great to work on intended projects before starting any new ones! 😬
Beautiful up cycles. That little brass bowl with the single pink flower stole my heart.
Thank you so much!
I just love that you use such random items to create risers and they come out so beautifully!! And who doesn't need a few risers in their decor?? :)
Thank you Rachel! I have been making lots lately since I realized all in my booth had sold and I needed to add some height!
Puppy drug! Plus the rest was so charming. I adore the more subtle pink. The roses surrounding the mirror tray look good enough to eat.
I thought I should give extra cute puppy time since last week’s footage was messed up! I’m glad you enjoyed it!
Wow that rose tray is beautiful with just the paint! So pretty ♥️ I love the super light pink paint you picked!
Thank you so much! That vintage pink is totally my jam!!
I get so excited when u post ur videos. There’s not one item that you’ve made or upcycled that I did not absolutely love.
Wow, thank you! 🥰
You’re very welcome. You deserve it.
I love the riser❤
Thank you!
I think a French apothecary decal in the middle of that pink tray with the flowers around the edge would look really pretty
That sounds dreamy! 🤔
Very interesting upcycles. Thanks for the inspiration!
Glad you like them!
These all turned out beautiful! My favorite was the riser! Absolutely gorgeous!💖
Thank you so much!

I loved everything, wasn't sure about the pink , but when you used it I absolutely loved it 🥰
Beautiful work !!!!!

Love the Rose tray it goes very well with the wood.

The brass dish was the perfect item for a girl's bath or bedroom 😅🎉❤
I think so too!
So inspired, thank you.

Delightful video and excellent makes!!! Yay Heather!❤❤❤

My favorite was project 1. Have a great weekend Heather.

I love what you did with the little discoloured brass bowl! Love it so much! ❤

I love pink! Your projects are so cute
It has fast become one of my favorites!
Love each of these projects! Pink is my favorite color. You've given me some great inspiration. Thanks!

I will make sure I show it some more! Thanks for watching!
I will do that! Thanks for being here!
You've inspired me to paint this chippy old vanity I have with pink and use up some of my old transfers. I agree there's nothing like IOD's quality.
I’m so glad! 🥰
Love the way they all turned out!!!!!
Thank you!

I would use WARMEST REGARDS handwritten page on the painted over mirror in another pink
Well that would just be gorgeous!
Love the small bowl!
Thank you!
It's part of a chaffing dish! 😊
I knew it was something easy…coming up with words is hard these days! 🫣
If you decide to redo the flower mirrored tray, maybe try decoupaging instead of a transfer. Just a thought 😊
Great idea! ❤️
Simple but oh so cute.

I think you should dry brush some of the "girly" pink over the rose frame in #4.
Great suggestion!

I think you are on the right track! Roses on top of roses seems like ALOT!
It’s a warmer stand for a coffee pot.
Totally makes sense! 🤦🏻♀️
