Iron is actually pretty soft metal. Zoro has been slicing steel since Alabasta saga. I do think current Brook is at least as good swordsman as alabasta saga Zoro. Thus he should be able to slice iron easily, and probably even steel.

Pretty sure Brook can't cut iron. He's a pretty good swordsman, but that isn't the only power he has so naturally he wouldn't be as good as Zoro or Kinemon who only use swords.

well, i think Zoro can take lots of enemys at the same time just by using a couple of his special moves, remember Gyojin Island, but you are right, Brook relies on Speed for his Swordman abilities.

(I doubt one or two dwarfs will join the crew and leave behind a whole colony + they'd be hard to integrate into scenes :P). I too thought Sanji would act wierd when Robin joined, but it went quite well. Or it could end up like the Arabasta arc and maybe she'd stay like Vivi. I don't see any other obvious candidates for the next member, so I'm goin' with Viola, she'd fit in well anyway :)
