Take a worked example of a farm and tax value with you together with payment schedule worked into up to Ten years ahead. You do not have to make it entirely your own but it will show how the profitability will decline and reduce items like replacement of machines etc. Just a suggestion.

Mchale is by far a better machine than the rest I’ve used a few makes and it’s awesome
