I tried it when I travelled to England and indeed it’s not the healthiest 🙃
Our English breakfast isn’t the healthiest you are right, but we don’t eat this in a regular basis. As in most areas of life, moderation is key
But the App isn't on android 😢
Make a healthy English breakfast for him:
○ Homemade baked beans (beans with tomatoes and herbs)
○ pouched egg
○ roasted sweet potato or butternut squash
○ grilled tomatoes
○ grilled mushrooms
○ avocado

I agree with him. The only thing is is that... If someone is living in a environment, mold produces oxalates in great quantity... So that can affect any additional oxlets you're eating. But if you're eating it along with cheese, there should never be a problem
