Hello Mz Melissa I'm just like wow. Those pieces are everything. I put a few active sets in my cart. Jacket and pants but Im a 3X on top becuz of my arm fat😢 and a 16 in pants. Im adding a restrictive band🤦♀️ not sure wat its called but I'm getting it together. You rock

I don't think I have the body for fashioniva clothes anymore. I am still working on muscle tone since I lost the weight. You look amazing in those leather pants and against your red nails, it's saying something to me!!😂😂

@@MelissaDanielle i eat protein in every meal. I think I need to increase my reps
@susanstuckey8745 I do 3 sets of 8 reps. By the time you get to the 8th rep in your set you should be feeling fatigued. If not up your weight. And try to get at least 30 grams of protein in each meal at minimum
