EXACTLY! Come by at 6AM in and around Scurvy Central Station. It's East Hastings 2.0. I can't even wait at my bus stop (especially when raining) without a bunch of passed out crackheads sprawled out all over the place. And at least once a week I see the same people being resuscitated. Supreme waste of time and resources.

So much has changed. But for the better. If only they can solve the homelessness..I suppose that's always going to be a thing in huge downtown cores.
Houses costing a mil+ and rent being so high for a shoebox isn't for the better .
