- "Melodic Patterns" is a collection of 50 arpeggio performances for Korg Wavestate. There's a wide variety of arps in the soundset: slow and fast, simple and complex, electronic and "instrumental", soft and bright, gentle and expressive, dreamy and dark, sustained and punchy... It also includes generative style arpeggios that are great for ambient.

Very usefull vid. I'm buying the Wavesrate. I said first i was going to buy the Native vst since is 200$ but this synth is a masterpiece. Worth buying it. Hours of fun for shure.

Thank you for the feedback. Right, the drums are not the part of the soundset. Arps only. I used 1 layer only as even one layer gives stop many opportunities to make complex arps

I love all your videos and am still fairly new to synths. I have a Typhon, micromonsta and a neuron as well as an alesis micron. If I travel for work and don't really have space to pack a laptop, what's the best way to get some percussion in the background, get into some sounds and sequences and save what I like to be able to use later and create tracks? Sorry it's a fairly broad and newbie question
You may explore akai and elektron devices. They quite compact and can do many things

They sound very nice and professional. But what does 'presets' in the title refer to? Does it imply the sounds are presets?
Preset in terms of wavestate is a performance. A timbre with certain sound. Or did i get the question wrong?
@@AntonAnru I may have asked the question wrong! Just got my wavestate in today and i'm not at all familiar with it yet. But hearing your demos and work surely uplifts my already great expectations. Trying to get from a noob to an enthusiast user in between christmas and the new year.

I doubt. I used 2.0.1. so, normally others should have the same or higher version for proper work

I added simple bass and drums. So they not included in the pack. The soundset is devoted to arps only

2. Which one you choose for trance like Anjunabeats.

Wavestate is quite universal and works well for all genres

I saw this video and was impressed of almost all sounds. I bought the patchset immediately. Unfortunately I had to realised that the drum layers were NOT included. This is really sad, because this was the reason I bought. Unfortunately I saw your reply to Mark a little bit too late. Nevertheless, I'll try to add drum pattern by myself, but once again, please remove drum layers in your selling videos as well. It's confusing and doesn't show the presets you can buy. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
Thank you for the feedback, and sorry if you're disappointed. Putting presets (especially if they are quite complex/experimental) into a musical context for demo purposes is important to my taste. And I understand, that this may confuse some customers. So, in video intro titles I write about it, product page has info "no drums are included", title of the soundset: ".... 50 ARP presets", that includes ............., nowhere is said about drums. I'm trying to make it clear everywhere
