    Very helpful, sensible and logical advice. Confirmed a few suspicions I've had: (a) check the charge on your trigger; and (b) don't assume that your FO cables will last forever! Thanks both. 👍🏻

    Thank you Alex and Adam for practical troubleshooting tips. I've build my own optical trigger and made some tests for it. I noticed that both the strobe types I had for test in fact green LEDs worked the best, better than whites with double amount of nominal candelas.Most optical sensor semiconductors are most sensitive for longer wavelengths, orange, red or even infrared. Therefore red LEDs has been used commonly.

      @@mikkosport2300 Judging by the Wetpixel forum, people are experiencing a lot of problems with Sea&Sea strobe triggering
