Aaron, I love the Vertices Unite with the dusty yellow and plums! I also love your idea of using music albums as an inspiration to dye. I dye too and I'm gonna have to try that! Chip, the Blue and orange/yellow quilt looks amazing! The book story is funny. It's frustrating when things like that happen but I like how you reacted 😄 I think it's always better to stay calm in situations like that. Acting in an angry way doesn't help any of the involved parties.
A great 90 mins guys as I caught up on yesterday's live stream. Loved everything...And I'm sorry Aaron, but I got such a giggle when you produced the felted cardigan. And after all that work you put into it, I do think you need to repurpose it and find a place for it in your home - if nothing else it will be a great future talking point and have a few laughs. The 'Sunspots' yarn is right up my street - adore it. Did you do any filming of you dyeing this current lot of yarn? And I keep saying it, but I'm already lucky enough to have one of Chip's baskets🥰

I do wash my knit socks and dry them ( gasp) so far though i have only used Novita Nalle yarn and I wash on cold, then knit cycle to dry.. i also hike in them. they hold on really well. I think they are mainly wool too. I'll monitor your shop to see what other album covers inspire you like maybe PJ Harvey? OH and I love love Sade, since a little kid seeing her dancing around in the music video for Paradise with the little girl. ❤❤ " is it a crime" that's my favorite.

Chip do you think of selling the Chip basket as a PDF pattern? I am a knitter but a sewer too so would love to make one for myself. And I have to admit having a basket ship to Canada is expensive.

I have a literally just cast on vertices unite while watching. The first eight rows are the most fiddly, in my gauge is crap, but I’m glad I finally got it started.
Can't wait for the store to launch! I've started sorting my hand knit socks into lights and darks and I put them in delicates bags and throw them in with the other laundry. I used to lay them flat to dry, but I've given up on that. They go in the dryer.
Most new modern wools today . You can wash n wear . Quilts are made to be used not put away . I don’t make garments or quilts now for people who don’t use them . Sorry but I put so much love and time into something. It makes me happy seeing the wear on garments

I got 3 knitting books spiral bound, never again, the odd pattern has holes through the words, very frustrating, never again.
