At last! Someone who thinks like I do! We put far too much pressure on ourselves in January, and you are so right; it is totally not the right time. Living in close harmony with nature means that we walk softly and gently through winter, and do less instead of more. Winter is a time to just be, not do. And I love your goals of more joy, more laughter and more mischievousness (if that is even a word, lol!) Here's to a wonderful year for us all xxx
I am in complete agreement with you. I think we’ve been conditioned to ignore nature and to think that we can conquer it as human beings. Whereas if we just took note of what nature does and live our lives accordingly, I truly believe that we would be more harmonious. And I also think our physical and mental well-being would improve. You have to start somewhere so we may as well start here🤣♥️
I’ve kept my greens and lights but no Christmas decorations. I actually decorate more for winter than Christmas. I also kept up my winter village why not it’s just a village in winter no Christmas on it . I also kept my winter artwork lots of cozy pillows and blankets. Now is a time to slow down a bit get some rest get together with loved ones and take long walks in nature and let’s spend more time with God in these troubled times. Be a light in the darkness . Smile be kind bring joy . Have a beautiful blessed day 🙏🕊💕🌹
Oh, Cherry, I am so happy I found you on UA-cam . Your Videos made my day everytime. I read my old crime books again, because they are set in the english country side, which I missed so much. Liebe Grüße und ein wunderbares Neues Jahr, deine Annette
I so agree, Cherry is a delight! I am very happy I found her channel before the holidays. It certainly brought joy to me in the season. I am very much looking forward to spending 2025 enjoying her content. Wishing you all of the best 2025 can bring.
I absolutely loved this vlog! I'm going to take on board your view of taking January in gently and being kind to ourselves, especially after all the rushing around. I normally get overwhelmed by thinking I must remove any trace of Christmas in a day but this year I'm leaving out some tiny fairy lights and the candles in my cottage. In fact I've just ordered some small warm white fairy lights for our bedroom. Happy New Year. ❤✨
I absolutely agree with you about winter, I have kept lights, candles, blankets, cushions and I’m not letting go of any cosiness, in fact I shall try to add to it! Thankyou Cherry! Xx
As per usual , it took me till today (Jan.5th) to finally get into the Christmas spirit.... It almost took an Act of Parliament to get me to put the tree up, now I am finding it hard to take it down...I'll do it tomorrow...maybe.... In theH interim I shall take your advice and not put any pressure on myself to rush into anything in 2025:). Oh, and by the way, do you know which choir was singing Oh Holy Night when you were in the car journey? Yeah, I know, shouldn't be asking Christmas types of questions now! Love your vlogs--they are perfect:). HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!
An act of parliament made me laugh. You write like I speak. I do not know who the choir were but it was on ClassicFM around midday on Christmas Day. Cx
Howdy from across the miles, I have instantly fallen in love with your channel.. I feel after all these years, and via the blessing that Social Media can bring.. has allowed me to find my fellow kindred spirits.. I am such a book worm, find me lost in History, nature and cozy cottage/farmy/ vintage anytime.. OH EMMM GGGG that Sweater is BeaUtiful!!! Jeannie Oklah♥Ma USA
Happy New Year Cherry. I agree with you about cosy and kind and gentle to ourselves. My fairy lights stay up for all of January just because I find them peaceful as well as my candles. Books; knitting and crocheting bags are close by and a good stack of logs for the fire. Blissful. xx
I am also leaving the cozy while saying goodbye to my Christmas until the next season. In live in Tulsa, Oklahoma in the states, and we were blessed to be snowed in! I teach school so we got Friday off because the massive snowfall here. Everything was hushed in a beautiful blanket of white. My massive bald cypress's dark dormant branches seemed to be tucked in by winter's coverlets while it sleeps until spring. That's a lesson in itself that we should embrace the yearning to hibernate! I've left all winter decor such as reindeer dishes, pillows and throws up along with fairy lights artic fox sculptures and snow laden arts. I've been drinking enormous amounts of tea to aid my poorly nose, ear, and throat. Heartwarming meals followed by luxurious naps, and nesting activities around the house. I have sought out soothing vlogs like yours also. Thanks for your sweet spirit and especially for sharing the deer and your sweet perspectives!
What a beautiful comment to read from so far away. I have heard about the snowfall in Oklahoma this year and absolutely love the fact that you got to enjoy a snow day. I was hoping for one over here but alas it didn’t happen. There’s still a couple of months left For it to happen but who knows. Thank you for being here and for commenting ❤️
i believe I have finally found the new channel 've been searching for! This has the element I can't quite define but has what resonates with me! Looking forward!!!
Hello, Cherry. I just found you and I look forward to your future vlogs. I, too, am beginning 2025 in a slower, more deliberate manner. We live in Ohio where we have cold, windy, and beautiful snowy days. I always look forward to a bit of hibernation, loads of reading, and dreaming about my spring garden. You are so lovely. Thanks for giving us a peek of your home and countryside.
I'm taking a nod from the Tudor's and I am not taking anything down until the 12th of January. I love the idea of the 12 days of Christmas!! I am thinking of celebrating them next year! Such amazing traditions and celebrations!!! I am still in Christmas mode over here in east Tennessee :) EDIT*** I actually think I got those dates wrong, but I am still in still in Christmas mode in any case :)
I meant to recommend to you before Wolf Hall! Can you watch it where you live? It is astonishing and if you’re interested in the Tudor’s you’ll love it!! Cx
Hello Cherry, Happy New Year! I am so excited to see you this first Sunday in January 2025. You always bring cheer to my days. I kept my dry orange slices and paper chains, as well. The woods around your cottage are so magical in the cold stillness of winter. I have purchased Wintering by Katherine May and I'm eager for the Cozy Book Nook Club to begin. I'm continuing with cozy, as well. I believe your home should be a sanctuary of cozy whatever that means to you. Sending you many blessings for the new year and looking forward to how your channel evolves throughout the year. Take care. ❤
Happy New Year Cherry, and to everyone. I only found your channel just before Christmas and what a perfect time. I separated out what xmas decs could be left and put up througout January and have today put xmas away and the wintering ones up, just lots of red berries, hellebores, anemonies and greenery and a few ornaments. Also kept candles and blankets out. My home feels lovely and cosy. Not to mention keeping the chocolate tray going, and maybe a Sunday evening Negroni! So cheers and best wishes to all here
I totally agree with your new year philosophy. I keep my Christmas decorations up at least though January because that's when I enjoy it most. I'm still having family and friends visit for a small get together. It's so relaxing this way! Here in Maryland we are expecting our first real snow and I love my candles and fairy lights when the snow is falling. I absolutely love your videos and your Little Book of Peace!!❤❤
🤣🤣 I’m not entirely sure what I was thinking at that moment. Cx

Hi Cherry and thank you for all your wonderful videos! I so appreciate your authenticity and genuineness that you show in your videos! I completely agree with not taking on the world in January and just enjoying each day for what it brings! I look forward to what adventures and content you bring in 2025! 😊
I found your vlog in November and I think you are so wonderful to listen to, and I love the English country side. I'm from Denmark and we love everything that's cosy/hyggeligt.. I like everything you do already, but should I come up with some ideas.. Show us a day in your cafe, pub visits, small shops, the English countryside, recipes and keep showing us your creative input. What I also like to see is when you have friends and family visit.. Thank you for wanting to share something of your life with us. You are a lovely person who makes me happy with your vlogs. Thanks for that. Happy New Year to you..
We always take down on the 12 th night but I like all my cosy things out still and I always buy a bunch of daffodils as soon as they appear candles and throws and still lots of hot chocolate with rum😇
So lovely. I feel exactly the same, it’s gotten so much colder since Christmas it’s like everything points to the hibernation and self care need during this season. Cosiness continuing is essential! We are having the candles on each evening. I do love spring, I love looking forward to every seasonal change and holiday, but there’s something special about making the most about where u are right now (enjoying being present, and mindful), while you still look forward to the coming changes x
I think you’ve absolutely nailed the concept of being present whilst enjoying life and looking forward to the future. I think it’s all possible as long as we take care of ourselves. ❤️
Cherry- you are so fun- you worked so hard to make a beautiful Christmas and I found that inspiring. Equally fun watching you take it down- looking forward to what is next! (still not sure how I feel about the hops...)
Loving your videos Cherry, I keep many of my christmas lights up during the dark days of winter as they give such a cosy feeling, also keep and put out a few decorations that link to Winter. I read 'Wintering' last year and it is a wonderful reflective book, a really good choice this time of year for the book club, rereading 'Winter Solstice' by Rosamunde Pilcher which is also a lovely seasonal book. Heres hoping 2025 brings health and happiness to you, your loved ones and everyone here on this channel. ❤❤❄⛄
These two books are part of my Winter ritual as well, both in their own way offering the best of what the season can offer. I totally agree that finding Cherry was the best Christmas gift ever.🎉
Cherry, you are such a gem. What a treat to watch this video. I absolutely love the content of all your videos and I'm sooo glad that you have a you tube channel. Happy new year!
Happy New Year Cherry! Just found your channel. Subscribed straight away. Tomorrow 6th January is Womens Christmas here in Ireland. ( Nollaig na mBan) Traditionally on this date women came together to relax and share leftover food from Christmas celebrations. I always treat myself on this day in some little way.
I haven't started to pack away christmas yet as I have to wait for my hubby to feel ok to get the boxes down from the loft, but I don't mind. And I don't believe in it being bad luck to keep it up past Epiphany because I believe we make our own luck good or bad. Even when I do pack it all away I always keep a few little bits and pieces on display. I had my mum stay with us for Christmas, it was the best Christmas for a long time xx
Oh it’s so lovely to see you in the new year Cherry. And I agree, 2025 is going to be a year of slow and cozy living. So excited for book club, I have my book. 😊
Hello! I’m so pleased you have your book, I am gathering my thoughts and getting ready to film the book nook Vlog on ‘wintering’. I have lots of thoughts about it and I’m so excited to hear others too. Cx
Love your jumper Cherry! Im taking the new year slow too at our cottage. 3 people gifted me the book wintering for Christmas, so they must know me very well! Cant wait to start reading it ❤ happy new year x
Hello! Joining in from Georgia, USA. I really enjoy your vlogs. As for the Cozy Nook Book Club, will you explain how it works? I've ordered the Wintering book and it'll be delivered on Saturday. Is that going to be on a separate channel or will it be a vlog on a particular day on this channel? Or a part of the lovely videos you're sharing now? Thanks so much!
Happy New Year! I love your philosophy about going into the new year. I agree 100%. Two of my grown children have birthdays soon after the holidays so that is one way my family finds joy this time of year. Gathering to celebrate feels wonderful. I also try to reset my mind to be more grateful and as Lenny Kravitz says, find “stillness of heart.” I am keeping up my Christmas decorations a bit longer and we’re expecting a rare snow storm tomorrow so I can pretend it counts as a white Christmas. Along with being kind to myself I’m choosing to be optimistic every day, expecting good things. This doesn’t come naturally to me so I need to reset each morning. Wish all of us in the US awaiting this storm good luck. Hugs and love. 😊❤
Gosh, I hope the snow storm isn’t too severe. It’s suddenly a lot colder over here but nothing like the States. I agree with the optimism, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming out there. HNY to you and your family ♥️
@@CherryMenlove We got lucky and only got 4 inches or so of snow and our power stayed on. Others weren't so lucky and got hit much harder. I feel very grateful. I hope you're staying warm and cozy also! I'm eyeing a new throw blanket that I might splurge on to add some more coziness here. ❤
So nice to meet you. My first visit and now subscribed. I’m here in southern CALIFORNIA, San Diego. USA. I agree with what you’ve said about wintering. I’m enjoying my tiny home at 72 years old. I know what I love by now, it’s the country charm of the English and Scottish highlands. I’m always pretending to be there😂, and imitating the design charm❤
Hello there and welcome welcome welcome. I love your state of California and have visited many many times. I too love the Scottish Highlands and the English countryside. There are so many beautiful places to visit in the world. Sometimes I think we hear so much bad news that we forget about all the beauty out there. It’s lovely to have you here ❤️
Happy New Year Cherry. As a newcomer I'm so happy to have found you and your beautiful videos. You are an absolute joy. I've also had the ' Thing ', knocked me off my feet, but feeling much better. Like you I'm taking my time, hanging on to the cosiness Xmas gave us. Sending love from our mountain in Spain. ❤
Greetings from North Carolina. Just came across you channel this past holidays and I enjoy it . I’ll start putting away my Christmas decoration right after epiphany which is today 😔now I have to wait for another ten months or so. Anyway, Happy New Year y all . Lots of love
Hello there! I’m like you as soon as I put the decorations away I do think about the countdown until I can put them up again. I hope North Carolina is beautiful and I hope that you are all recovering from the storms last year. Lots of love, Cx
Happy new year Cherry. I found your channel in December and absolutely love you and your content. Your channel has been so interesting and inspirational. I live in Canada and I love winter and it is indeed a time for embracing slow living and focusing on self care. I know if I lived in the UK and it’s on my wish list - we would be great friends.Happy new year and lI look forward to more videos!
Hi Cherry, Firstly a very very happy new year to you and the family. I truly hope 2025 treats you kindly. I totally agree with keeping these cosy during January and also into February. After all it is winter. I too have kept my fairy lights up around the hearth along with my candles, tealights and cosy throws. January is such a dull, bleak, grey and cold month for me and i'm not a fan of January even though its my birthday month. We have to treat ourselves with kindness and grace during these slower months. I'm very much looking forward to spending 2025 with you at the cottage and the deli. Have a lovely rest of the weekend and many new year blessings to you.
It was such a joy to re-discover you Cherry after so long and I am loving your vlogs. Every one speaks to me and I always feel uplifted by each episode. Sending blessings to you and all those you hold dear for 2025. Ann💕
Happy New Year Cherry!! 😊 Its such a Treat to see a Video from you! 💖 I'm SO happy you had a Lovely Christmas! I am slowly undecorating but keeping a Few Winter Decor up. I have my Christmas Bottle Trees up, a Snowman and Twinkling Lights. Oh how I NEED my Twinkling Lights!! 🌟🕯️🌟🕯️🌟. I SO Enjoy your videos!! 💕💗💕. Here's to "Cozy Oasis" for the Winter!! 🔥🧱☕
Happy new year!! I too have the lights up still and am adding more now that the tree has gone. School run today and back to it properly after that!! Cx
❤Hi Cherry! ❤ You’re just so refreshingly lovely…. I sincerely wish that there were more people like you in the world… 😍 A very Happy New Year to you & your family!🎉❤🎉
I so enjoyed your video today. I love how you think! I will take your advice for January. My family experienced a tragedy right after Christmas, and we all need to be kind to ourselves right now. Your philosophy helps with getting on with life and being good to ourselves. I so look foreword to spending time with you this year. You are very up lifting. Have a blessed year❤
HOORAY! I can't tell you how GOOD it is to see you again Cherry! Not a day has passed since Christmas that I wondered when we might see you again? I knew it would be in the new year, as you mentioned, but exactly when was uncertain. Anyway, I'm so very happy to see you again! Love your strawberry jumper ( sweater in the USA) As far as the going into 2025 gently, after being in a legal battle for the past two yrs. I am so looking forward to this year, without the need for an attorney. I feel as though I can breathe again! As always thank you for being such a source of LIGHT, enthusiasm and encouragement~ God bless you and your children!
Happy New Year Cherry! Thank you for another lovely video! I love your new sweater! I had the flu over Christmas, so we didn't see our families, but we stayed pretty cozy. There is an arctic blast blowing in as I write this, so there will be more cozying in for me. I started reading Wintering & look forward to the book nook. I hope you have a fabulous day! Dawn
Miss Cherry, I absolutely love this video! I was just talking to my teenage daughter about "wintering", as she was telling me how depressed she will feel now that Christmas is over. I can tell I penetrated her thinking somewhat, listing all the cozy things we can benefit from the season. Also, your sweater!! Oh. My. Heavens. Before you even mentioned it, I did a quick online search and found it on the Campbells site. Unfortunately, my size is gone, but I'm going to keep my eye out for it. Thank you for sharing. We will do this! We will all get through this Winter together!! I'm looking forward to this Winter's mindset. Happiest of New Years, and look forward to seeing you again soon. ❤
Happy New Year, Cherry, to you and your family! I'm glad that you've come out the other side of your horrid flu. Your jumper is now on my 'want/need' list, and will have to drop major hints to the husband for next year (he's the knitwear gifter in our household!). I totally agree with your outlook on the new year, with subtle swaps but keeping every bit of the comfort and glow, finding cosy ways to nourish and sustain ourselves through the darker months. I'm just about to pick up Wintering and looking forward to the vlog/chat on that soon!
Hello there! I’m so excited to talk about ‘wintering’ and I’m really looking forward to hearing other opinions on it. I know that some people absolutely loved it and some people found it problematic so it would be really interesting to see where people fall on it ❤️
I didn’t want to dismantle my real tree this year either. The lights were so glorious and it was so pretty. I’ve kept some small lights about to try and capture some hygge feeling.
I think you’re definitely on the right track, keeping lights, especially fairy lights, in our homes is a wonderful way to increase a sense of hygge. ❤️
Happy New Year to you and your family. Lovely to see you again and your peaceful cozy cottage. I also miss my decorations but will try to keep my home cozy and tranquil. Love your ideas! Have a great week. I still need to get my book. Yikes!
New here. Subscribed. I live in the Cotswolds in a cottage so I relate. We lived in Singapore for nine years so for us we go from Christmas to Chinese New Year. I have red lanterns and comedy snakes up round the cottage now. The fairy lights are always on. They just relocate. Candles and a log fire make everything ok. Greenery in the vases, bulbs shooting in the greenhouse.
I agree with you, I think candles and a log fire do make everything okay and I love the image of your greenery sprouting to life in the greenhouse. Wonderful days ahead ❤️
Happy New Year Cherry! Sorry to hear you got the flu over the festive period. I love your new strawberry jumper, it’s so pretty. I have the Wintering book in my shelf so I’ll join you in the book club this month. Stay cozy! Sally
After Christmas decs are put away, I add more white to my interiors, as it reflects the sometimes snowy outside. And also, I have white fairy lights and candles, lots of faux fur, sheepskin etc. New England has a Scandi feel, lots of pine trees so I like the Scandi aesthetic in winter here. Also, planning Sunday roasts for friends and family to keep the Hygge vibe going. In my book nook, sometimes I just stare out the window for a bit and play one of those youtubes with jazz music. Still trying to embrace the cold winters here. Your videos are very warm 😊
I have to admit that I love staring at the window also. There’s something so calming about it, it resets my nervous system. And to think that we were told off for doing that whilst we were at school ❤️
Happy new year. I am swapping out Christmas decorations for winter ones. Santa and the angels are going but Holly ivy, candles are staying. BTW I still use the glass storage jars I bought from your online shop years ago !😊
Hello have been waiting for a new video from you. Need your inspiration to get me through this time of year. You gave me the lift I needed to enjoy decorating for Christmas this year. I put out a lot of decorations both inside and out but the last few years I have been finding it harder to get excited even with the 2 small Grandbabies here. So a big Thank You. I even took out my craft supplies and made paper snowflakes. 😅Spring Summer Autumn are my times. Winter 😢😢😢
Hello there! Thank you so much for your very kind comment. I’ve had several Christmases where I just have not been feeling it no matter what I did. I think that happens from time to time and I just sort of sit with it and wait for the next one to come around and hopefully that will be better 😆 But I totally get where you’re coming from and have experienced it myself ❤️
Perfect! Our heater went out at 4am. I'm up waiting for a technician to call. I'm so happy to see your video up! I think I'll make some coffee and pancakes after I watch.❤
Just found your blog, love your sweater! I knit , is there a pattern to your gorgeous sweater you are wearing in the beginning? Thank you for sharing your home. 💕🎄
I’m not sure if there is a pattern for the strawberry sweater that I’m wearing as it was bought for me as a Christmas gift. It’s made by Campbells of Beauly. If that’s the one you’re referring to I’m very jealous of your knitting skills. Mine are basic at best ❤️
I got a set in Oxford and a set at Tallulah Fox in Petworth. They were made by Cambridge Imprint www.cambridgeimprint.co.uk/product-category/paper-craft-decorations/
This is such a lovely idea. I’ve had to move our birdfeeders as they weren’t doing well where they were. I shall definitely take another look at this ❤️
At last! Someone who thinks like I do! We put far too much pressure on ourselves in January, and you are so right; it is totally not the right time. I totally agree we need to embrace slow living and appreciate the softness of winter.
God created this beautiful world for us to slow down and embrace the beauty, as well to renew our minds and body. Draw near to Him!😊
I am in complete agreement with you. I think we’ve been conditioned to ignore nature and to think that we can conquer it as human beings. Whereas if we just took note of what nature does and live our lives accordingly, I truly believe that we would be more harmonious. And I also think our physical and mental well-being would improve. Oh thank you, that’s so kind of you. I’ve started a new note book with YT ideas so I must be excited. Cx
Thank you for inventing that new word ‘skiddage’. We were definitely short of that in the English language! 😂❤
Thank you for your kind words, love Scotland x
Thank you for your country ♥️
I found your vlog in November and I think you are so wonderful to listen to, and I love the English country side. I'm from Denmark and we love everything that's cosy/hyggeligt.. I like everything you do already, but should I come up with some ideas.. Show us a day in your cafe, pub visits, small shops, the English countryside, recipes and keep showing us your creative input. What I also like to see is when you have friends and family visit.. Thank you for wanting to share something of your life with us. You are a lovely person who makes me happy with your vlogs. Thanks for that. Happy New Year to you..
What a lovely, heartening video. The countryside scenes, Scotland, your new amazing jumper… Love every bit of it ❤
We always take down on the 12 th night but I like all my cosy things out still and I always buy a bunch of daffodils as soon as they appear candles and throws and still lots of hot chocolate with rum😇
Happy New Year to you too! 😊❤
I also enjoy rereading "Winter Solstice". It's part of my cozy winter comforts. Happy New Year! 😊
These two books are part of my Winter ritual as well, both in their own way offering the best of what the season can offer. I totally agree that finding Cherry was the best Christmas gift ever.🎉
How have I not read the Pilcher book. Will order a used one now and dive in!! Thank you 🙏🏻
Cherry, you are such a gem.
Really!! I love that your people know you so well. At least you’ll be set when we chat about it 🤣♥️
Happy new year Cherry, hope you're feeling much better now x
Definitely getting there. I think I’ve had three versions of the same thing!! Cx
I love choral music ❤ beautiful ✨️
Hello there! yes I love choral music, certainly at Christmas time and at this time of year in general ❤️
Just found your channel and so enjoyed it ,this is going to be fun following you
So beatiful ! Love your vídeos/vlog ❤️ Lovely English country cottage 🏴🥰
Thank you so much for your kind comment. I hope you have a wonderful start to the week ❤️
Hello Georgia! I'm in Virginia. Enjoy your week! ❤
It’s lovely to have you here ❤️
So happy to watch your videos Cherry.. your words totally resonate:)
And I absolutely love your strawberry jumper🥰
Happy new year cherry ! Love all your content hope you had a lovely Xmas with your family
Happy New Year!!
Happy new year! Cx ♥️
"Skiddage...is that even a word?" It is now!! 😊 Happy New Year Cherry and thank you for always brightening up my Sundays. Blissful tidings to you. 💕
Happy new year and thank you so much. Enjoy your time in gorgeous Canada until you make it over here to hang out with me 😌❄️♥️
Loved your video Cherry and I’m very much taking on your advice of entering January slowly. it seems so right and a kind thing to do for yourself ❤️❤️
So heartwarming ❤
Thank you so much ☺️ HNY!! Cx
Love, love love these videos.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
ILY ♥️
YourYT videos are like a breath of fresh & sunny air. Love your channel ❤
It was such a joy to re-discover you Cherry after so long and I am loving your vlogs. Every one speaks to me and I always feel uplifted by each episode. Sending blessings to you and all those you hold dear for 2025. Ann💕
Happy New Year, Cherry. Here's to a cozy January!! Love your videos!!!
Cherry I love putting everything up but hate taking them down ! it seems like a chore and makes me sad that Xmas is over
I agree! My stuff is still up. Maybe one more week.
Cx
❤Hi Cherry! ❤
You’re just so refreshingly lovely…. I sincerely wish that there were more people like you in the world… 😍
A very Happy New Year to you & your family!🎉❤🎉
Thank you so much for being here and for taking the time to watch. I’m so happy to make these vlogs if they’re enjoyable. Cx ♥️
Have a blessed year❤
I’m so terribly sorry that you’re going through this right now and I’m sending love to you all. Cx ♥️
I'm so sorry. Sending you a big hug. I hope you're surrounded by love and care right now. ❤
Oh my goodness, I have experienced this type of situation and it was horrible. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I’m so relieved for you!!! Cx ♥️
@@CherryMenlove = I am sorry you have experienced this as well. Thank you for your sentiments. I couldn't agree more. XXOO
I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I hope you have a very peaceful and joyful new year! ❤
Dawn
I'm so sorry you were sick. I hope you have a very healthy and happy new year! ❤
Absolute perfection. Cosiness and beauty, all in one vlog..Happy New Year❤
Happy New Year and what a lovely relaxing and cosy vlog. I really enjoyed it ❤
It’s my first time watching from the U.S. & your cottage looks so cozy & peaceful.
Hello there and welcome to my channel. It’s lovely to have you from the US. Have a wonderful week and sending lots of love across the pond ❤️
This is such an amazing mindset to have and I shall join you in it also!! Cx
Love your blue sweater.
Thank you so much, it’s the type that will keep me very warm in the winter but I’ll also be able to wear on a cool spring day. Just perfect ❤️
Thank you Cherry
Thank YOU ♥️
Happy New Year so happy you are here, absolutely love your videos ❤
So lovely to see you back. Happy New Year ❤❤
Can’t wait to get the Wintering book Santa didn’t bring it so I shall have to treat myself
Oh no!! It’s definitely worth it, a lovely read you’ll dip into again and again Cx ♥️
Lovely, Lovely - thank you Cherry. Happy New Year! 💜
Happy New Year to you and your family. Lovely to see you again and your peaceful cozy cottage. I also miss my decorations but will try to keep my home cozy and tranquil. Love your ideas! Have a great week. I still need to get my book. Yikes!
Happy new year! You’ve got a week or so with the book but you may just want to listen to us chat about it. No pressure at all Melanie. Cx ♥️
New here.
Happy New Year🎉 I gave up on hops years ago, aaah they drove me crazy!
Happy new year!! Yes, I’m not touching them for the rest of the year now!!!! Cx
Happy New Year Cherry! Sorry to hear you got the flu over the festive period. I love your new strawberry jumper, it’s so pretty. I have the Wintering book in my shelf so I’ll join you in the book club this month. Stay cozy! Sally
I’m so pleased you have it already. I love revisiting books. I did it with Birdsong over Christmas. Cx
So happy to see you back. Happy 2025
@ So true Cherry! 😊
Happy new year. I am swapping out Christmas decorations for winter ones. Santa and the angels are going but Holly ivy, candles are staying. BTW I still use the glass storage jars I bought from your online shop years ago !😊
Sounds lovely. Enjoy! ❤
Winter 😢😢😢
Congrats on having 2 grand babies! How wonderful! Did they have a fun holiday? ❤
@BlueBird-nf2gp Yes there did. One is 2 and the other will be 5 in February. Both very funny . Were very excited for Santa.
Keep it going ,love you
Happy new year sweetie ♥️ ☺️🍒
Happy new year!! 🥳 Cx
Perfect! Our heater went out at 4am. I'm up waiting for a technician to call. I'm so happy to see your video up! I think I'll make some coffee and pancakes after I watch.❤
I hope you get your heat on very soon! 🍀🍀🍀
I hope your heating is working now! I know it’s getting colder where I am ❄️♥️
@@CherryMenlove We are having 20°F nights. Highly unusual!
@BlueBird-nf2gp yes, by the time the repairman showed up it started working on its own! LOL
@@dawndawn6946 Excellent! I hope it stays on for good now! Stay warm!
❤
♥️❄️♥️
Just found your blog, love your sweater! I knit , is there a pattern to your gorgeous sweater you are wearing in the beginning? Thank you for sharing your home. 💕🎄
I’m not sure if there is a pattern for the strawberry sweater that I’m wearing as it was bought for me as a Christmas gift. It’s made by Campbells of Beauly. If that’s the one you’re referring to I’m very jealous of your knitting skills. Mine are basic at best ❤️
@ thank you so much I will check it out. Have a beautiful and blessed day! 💕
May I ask where you purchased the paper garlands from please Cherry. Beautiful vlog btw 🥰
I got a set in Oxford and a set at Tallulah Fox in Petworth. They were made by Cambridge Imprint www.cambridgeimprint.co.uk/product-category/paper-craft-decorations/
How are u finding the new season of squid game Cherry? I'm really excited for the next one
Which pianist plays that lovely rendition of Auld Lang Syne?
Your hops are beautiful but the shedding all over everything gives me anxiety 😅🤣
Me too 🤣
@@CherryMenlove I admire how committed you are to them! 😉😊
I didn’t catch the title of your book please
Replant the Xmas tree where the tree came dow 😊
It has no roots so impossible
It’s pretty past it unfortunately 😞♥️
Whenever I have had a real tree I would take to my garden and hang bird feeders all around it
This is such a lovely idea. I’ve had to move our birdfeeders as they weren’t doing well where they were. I shall definitely take another look at this ❤️
❤
