who is pricing these “Bodrum” houses it is extremely expensive and over killed $. My summer house in Florida way bigger than this house I have a private deck and a pool I paid $980.000 .

Etc and see the price difference .. real estate in Florida is a joke compare to California .. i live on the east coast USA and my home is just about 650,000$ and in Florida do you know what i can get in most parts of the sun shine state ? a very big house .. come to Connecticut where I’m located and see what you will get in my area only very nice town homes for this price. For the home in tge video you are paying for the views remember these little things are important to wealthy buyers views or privacy .. Bodrum is one of the most beautiful districts of Turkey, I really like it, locals and foreigners come there for vacation or to move, it's a great place!
This house is beautiful has a lot of potential but the interior doesn't look 4.2m lol need lots of improvements.

Did anyone noticed how badly the kitchen is designed? Stove top and oven one side and the sink, working counter is on the other. Cooks do multi-task. While they are cooking something, they also prepare something else. This might be cooking one part of the dish and preparing another part of it or they might be cooking one dish and preparing for another dish. All, while keeping an eye on the pot on the stove top. Now since the sink and counter is on one side and the stove on the other, make a guess how many times a cook have to turn back and forth during cooking?
I noticed that too. I can't believe anyone would "dish" (no pun intended) out so much money for this house.

Alladin is so lucky to be invited to so many luxurious houses! 🤩 But to be honest he is himself so amazing to look at that the houses beauties match as well! Hopefully those doors open electronically as well! Smart homes I mean controlled by a phone app! Not everyone will have the muscular energy to keep pushing those doors!
