Sad when the person that RPs a cop knows more than the actual cop.

most cops know less about the law than your average person... they take the job because they are power tripping lunatics that want to terrorize people at gunpoint and not get in trouble for it.

Body cam could just be a light on the chest (must be streaming for it to work). And then you can use the stream as "body cam footage"

He's what American's call a First Ammendment Auditor. Im not Canadian so I'm not sure what the laws are there but, in American the general public can go and film anywhere that's public (In most states). Some states have privacy laws to protect from filming citizens I believe. A first amendment auditor goes around and films in parking lots, police stations, sidewalks ETC. Anywhere that's public is free game (in America) I don't know Canadian laws. You can even stand on the sidewalks and film into private business. Essentially, anything that your eyes can see from public access is fair game. Generally, FAA are seen as annoying and weird but I believe to an extent it's nice to see people exercising their rights.

criminal harassment is usually for crimes like Stalking. Not for filming in public. Cops, by definition, are PUBLIC servants. A police station is a public space. It's not a private business. I dislike people like him who go out of their way to be annoying little 💩, but still allowed.

lol love how you just spouted 💩 for the hell of it your take is horrid filming outside in a public space, filming public servants and in a public building is not a crime and that's why he got arrested and now he made 50k because the cop got in his feels about it you call him a little 💩 and annoying but his job is to audit police and other public servants next time just to not show how wrong you are and how bad your take's are take time to figure out situation and there's because nothing he did was wrong the cops had a ego trip and like he needs your approval to do his job

I like them a lot more than the corrupt cops they catch...
who polices the police? I dont know why you find them annoying when they are doing it to people who kill people. They need to be kept in line. and if they cant handle somone being annoying then what are they doing in a public service job? I worked customer service for a while and these guys are downright polite compared to what I dealt with.
Honestly I think people like you just say that stuff cuz you are raised to bow down to authority no matter how corrupt.... thats not a good thing.

I've come to learn that when a police officer wants you to be quiet it's usually because they know they are wrong... whereas when an officer wants you to keep talking it's usually because they know YOU are wrong.
dude was talking and the officer goes "Well maybe you shouldn't be talking and wait for your lawyer".
I think it's because they want as much plausible deniability as possible and if their victim says something that is a clear exoneration and the officers ignore or reject it then they are more open to a lawsuit than if they were quiet the whole time then they can play dumb.

Simple answer for prodigy as opposed to no pixel. No pixel is run by Reddit. And it’s a cop rp server. They developed many hoops for crims to jump through while cops have free rain to get a W instead of roleplay. Police rp is so trash other cops have left for prodigy. Also the streamer hierarchy on no pixel is they won’t rp with you to rp unless they can gain following. Also cops are never ever punished for fail rp. It would have to be a specially egregious. Prodigy the cops rp the whole time n take losses but have fun doing it almost zero ego.

  • @chandothemando

You give up certain private citizen rights when you clock on to a public service position... such as the right to be audited in the proper manner by private citizens. You, as a police officer, have an expectation to be on camera when on duty. Hence why you are required to turn on bodycam footage when you initiate an arrest or a detainment.
Is what JimmyTulip doing annoying? Only for cops who are doing something wrong. If you were a smart cop or a good cop you'd create a good rapport with that dude and make sure to call out your peers who are treading outside of the bounds of the law.
It also is the police officers responsibility to be able to articulate how that crime applies in this specific case, and you better hope to god there isnt case law that contradicts how you perceive the law or you will lose in court.

Little info from a Canadian, unfortunately you have to prove your innocence, you are not innocent until proven guilty, you must prove innocence, I fuxk with Wayne but being confrontational with cops is exactly how this plays out, filming personal vehicles entering the police station can be information used to track officers, it literally is a risk to their safety, hopefully he did win, but I ain't taking chats word he did 😂 I live in Canada right outside Toronto, the laws are not for the people 😢
