Please investigate the harbor Crest and waters edge apartment buildings on lake shore. The waters edge is a constant flooding and water leak health issue. A building inspector had management to move me from the waters edge wet rugs apartment in to harbor Crest which had black sewer water back up and flood the kitchen and some of the rug. The stinch was sickening that the maintenance guy got physically ill .
I remember that building in the mid 70's was pretty nice, any time properties change hands they go down, especially when out of town realtors buy them, the city of Cleveland has been lax on building inspections for the last 50-60 years, that's fact.
this is EXActly what a DEADBEAT landlord looks like.... you can't afford to repair and restore it to LIVABLE conditions it should be seized and the state should step in to protect the people living there... or is their agreed upon rent not good enough for the landlord to fix his garbage...?
Where are the city Inspectors?

That apartment has changed nanes for close to 30 years. It needs to just shut down.
That building is 30 years old???? It looks like a new build. I guess not...just an old build rehabbed and modernized on the inside ---supposedly.
@@v.a.993 its older than that. It was one of the first office building to be converted to apartments downtown. Its had different names since 1997.
This was my first apartment and I left when I first seen the ceilings cave in the lobby
