I had a very disappointing experience at this store. After searching for their location and making the effort to visit, the sales staff completely ignored us. They were busy attending to other customers and didn’t even bother showing us the lehengas. What’s worse, there was no mention anywhere that an appointment was needed before visiting. We were left feeling unwelcome and unimportant. I expected better customer service, especially considering the time and effort we put into finding the store. I won’t be returning after this poor experience.
