She's talking to her own conscience and asking the person she loved/killed for some kind of forgiveness. God is mentioned there, and piling sins as well, but the dialogue is directed to someone else. Luka's the best Vocaloid because her voice is mature, clearer, deeper and more humanly in all Vocaloids so she IS THE BEST (I REPEAT THE BEST!!!!) Vocaloid ever created.. P.S. Miku is just more popular and she sings high pitched (you can compare her to a screeching mirror..) but she good too but overrated, not giving other Vocaloids the spot they deserve esp. Luka-oneesama >_
