Grand Palm. Venice, Florida

This week Vicki and Scott are in Grand Palm in Venice, Florida. This community is about 1,000 acres with lots of green spaces throughout the neighborhood with preserves, lakes and walking paths. The resort community has 3 pools, a lifestyle director, a kayak launch and fishing pier and more. You'll find villas and single family homes here. Today we take a look at the Sea Star model.

Hi Rick! Sorry for the delay we were away for the Holidays. This floorplan starts at $591,990 but you would still need to add in lot premiums and design options.
