I'm fl studio gang too. At first I struggled with the sequencing a beat in this program but the more I use it the easier it gets.

awesome tutorial! is it possible to highlight the notes within a scale at the virtual keyboard? since i am a guitarist and not the fittest with music theorie i have some problems to find the right notes wo stay in the same key. yes i could use the pads, but would it possible?

Thank you for the tutorial. I got really excited about playing the pads on my MPK mini3. I have an issue though, my piano sounds in my drum pads play out lout but when I hit record there's no music activity that shows up in my track. Do you know what the problem could be?
Did you figure this out yet?
If not I'll try to help. You have to arm your track. There's a little button next to where it says track (whatever number) If that button isn't red you have to click it and turn it red to arm it. Go to 12:18 in this video and look up in the top left of his screen where it says 8 Drums. See that little red button. That's the one.

Go to the bottom right of your screen and click on the MIDI learn button, then go to top right and check Enable and select your MIDI controller. Should map everything. Worked for me.
Hey I was wondering if you could tell me how to make all the notes one volume? Like when I play notes I can't hit them all with the same strength and they end up being super different volumes, do you know how to change those volumes?

why is mpc beats changing tabs from midi to audio when trying to play the pads on pc keyboard. Cant find answer anywhere.
Cant play it except with the mouse controller doesn't play it......help me please
how come my pads are only playing one note and not the chords. When I click the pad on the screen I get the chord but not when i touch it. I have a MPK 225
because its a midi controller, you have to have an actual MPC in order to hit the pads and have it play chords.

Has anyone loaded the dfr76 plugin? I extracted the download to file in my downloads. most Vst have an application file or .exe, this file is .dll which goes in my vst folder, but not sure where to put the .mse files. please help
For anyone else needing help on this. once you extract your zip you will have a .dll and a folder with .mse files, copy both into your vst directory. the .mse must remain in the folder.

Only puts chords to pad displayed on screen, the keys and pads on my mini still play notes...and my dumb ass can't work out how to change it.

i downloaded it from that site two times. Don't know what happened but the DAW didn't accepted it. After checking their site,it doesn't mention our daw. Am I downloading a different version?
