Knee wall on second story should be a minimum of 4ft. Not impressed with the kitchen. The staircase appears to be shallow. The best soaker tubs are the old fashioned cast iron claw foot tubs and they can easily have shower attachments. How funny--a blender next to the fireplace

Wasted space and odd bathrooms that need showers. The kitchen is not well done. Rather have all appliances, upper cabinets and and island.
Very strange design, lots of wasted space, no workable kitchen, no showers, just bad all around.
