I was 15 when I started following Paul. I’m 30 now. I may not play competitively anymore but I still make it a part of my life everyday. Playing ball with the dogs by using my stick, keeping up with college and PLL scores as much as possible. I still go back and watch games from 2005-2008 that Paul played in because it reminds of a time in my life when I was truly happy. I used to be a walking encyclopedia for Hopkins lacrosse when Paul played and even got to meet him once. Good times man.

Tied to my other statement in terms of injury prevention, I think its fine to use pads, but maybe make fouls more heavy with getting too physical. The ball results in a bruise but with pads seems fine (then again I only know high school goalie contact). We used tennis balls at recess, but I feel with a gentleman's league the guys would love to bust out the pads.
