LOL… I love the Logan’s Run tie in. I wish I would have thought of that. But you my friend have just given me a great idea for a video. When I do a follow up to this video, if you are ok with it, I’ll put you in for credit for the video. Again, AWESOME idea. Thank you for your comment. It is greatly appreciated. And stay tuned, there is more Sci-Fi to come. Have a Great Galactic Day. Mike
Not a crossover, but a merging is what I think would have been one of the best Sci-Fi shows of all time. Let's combine Glen A. Larson with Irwin Allen, where the $6 Million Man gets trapped in the Time Tunnel! Steve Austin stumbles across a level 10 security project: The Time Tunnel. He wants to go back and prevent his accident so he has them run the time line just before that fateful day. Steve jumps into the Time Tunnel but a malfunction transports him back to the days of Samson instead. Samson is in trouble, so Steve tries to help, but the time travel incident damages his bionics. Steve is no stronger than an ordinary man. He is captured along with Samson and thrown into a dungeon that can hold even Samson. The Time Tunnel people call the OSI and explain the situation and Dr. Rudy Wells loads up a kit of tools and offers to go back in time to repair Steve's bionics. Rudy meets up with Steve and repairs his bionics and together with Samson they are all able to escape the dungeon. Steve continues to help Samson until they try and bring Steve and Rudy back. The Time Tunnel keeps malfunctioning and sends them both on a never-ending journey thru time, and Rudy keeps having to fix Steve's bionics on occasion. What do you think about that idea?
That would be an awesome blending of multiple franchises. You know I would say that is a very creative idea, and I think you could probably write a crossover/merging novel and get it published. I've seen novels like that will bled things like Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica, and other franchisees as well. I'm not sure how you would go about getting it published, but just from the comment alone, it is very interesting. Thank you for your comment, and I hope you enjoyed our video. Stay tuned, there is more Sci-Fi to come. Have a great day. Mike
@@scifiandmore There would be too many copyright hurdles to overcome before anything like that would get made. However, maybe some UA-cam fans could do a Fan Production. I don't think there are any restrictions on those shows like there are on Star Trek.
I heard that too... I think 🤔 he was jealous of him in a sense the man made many many many a variety of shows ...no way would someone like that be able to make that many shows besides that Harlan Ellison was notorious for sueing everyone with or without merit he had beef not just with Larson but with b5, star trek, and the terminator director.
@robertonline6543 Ellison was a prick, no question there. He was very bright and talented - but a prick. Larson, however; was well known & had a history of ripping off other ideas popularized in films & other shows. No one's hands are completely clean here.
Whether this amounts to crossover material might be debatable but there’s something that came to mind a while ago that deals with the fictional nation of Val Verde, which was first used as the central plot point in the 1985 film ‘Commando’ and was reused in the 1990 film ‘Die Hard 2’, postulating that the ‘Die Hard’ films and ‘Commando’ share a joint universe. Thing is though, screenwriter Steven de Souza has stated his belief that the beginning of ‘Predator’ is also set in Val Verde, before they crossed the border into Guatemala; (it was the 2010 film ‘Predators’ that establishes Guatemala as where most of the first films action takes place). de Souza didn’t work on ‘Predator’ but his frequent collaborators John McTiernan and Joel Silver did, and when you consider the stories of ‘Commando’ and ‘Die Hard 2’ it could make sense that the U.S. was using it as a staging area against communist backed insurgents in Central America. But this could open up a whole new can of worms. If the ‘Predator’ franchise is on some level in the same universe as the ‘Alein’ franchise, if the theory that the ‘Blade Runner’ films also coexist with ‘Alien’ is correct... This is spiraling out of control; why does John Matrix in look just like Dutch Shaefer? Why does Captain Church in the ‘Blade Runner’ sidequel film ‘Soldier’ look just like Peter Keys in ‘Predator 2’? Why is Kane in ‘Spaceballs’; why is John McClane in ‘Loaded Weapon 1’; why is the Weyland-Yutani emblem in the ‘Firefly’ pilot?!
This wasn't a crossover as much as it was a multiverse story. Your story contradicts the events of the Buck Rogers movie the series was based on. The beginning on Earth before Buck launches didn't really have a story. It was really just a series of cameos. I did laugh, though, when Steve Rogers became a bounty hunter named Colt Seavers. Does that mean Ryan Gosling is bionic? It might be interesting if someone created an animated crossover with many of the characters. Buck Rogers is the most difficult to fit. Battlestar Galactica could get to Earth at any time, but the only other character that could plausibly appear in the 25th Century is Kitt. It would probably be better to set the story in (roughly) the present day and leave out Buck. Then Steve, and Jamie (along with Oscar and Rudy) can team up with Michael and Kitt (along with Bonnie and Devin) to help the crew of the Galactica defeat the Cylons. Maybe the Vulture could appear at the last moment to save the day. I would watch that.
@robertonline6543 Both of those shows were awesome. When I was a little kid in the 70s, one of the coolest things was watching a chimp ride shotgun in a big rig, lol. Thank you for your comment, and stay tuned, there is more Sci-Fi to come. Have a great day. Mike
Sometime the writing is on the wall, and you just can't see the wall. Now we have the benefit of looking at this with hind sight. But back in the day, WOW, could you imagine seeing this on ABC/NBC on any given weeknight. This would have been amazing. Thank you for your comment Brother. I appreciate your continued support of the channel. And, stay tuned, there is more Sci-Fi to come. Have a great Galactic Day. Mike
That was great!
THIS IS AWESOME, but I get to help. NEXT WHEN THEY EVENTUALLY FIND EARTH, it's the LOGAN'S RUN UNIVERSE.

I wholeheartedly support the inclusion of Logan's Run for the next one!

5:20 I remember the Magnum/Murder She Wrote crossover. This means that Jessica Fletcher is a real novelist in the Hawaii Five-O universe.
Man a series like that would be beyond awesome! But no CGI please, and keeping all the appropriate retro visuals. Please do a follow up!
Harlan Ellison called him "Glen Larceny!"

Bj and the bear 🐻 and sheriff Lobo had sorta crossovers. 😊

Love the story concept! Wish it could have been done when so many were still alive/and or younger.🪐
