The Rapunzel doll is either the first Disney store release doll from 2010 or the first release Disney parks doll from the same year. Their both the same doll though, just different packaging.
Ruhith Pathirana the dress of the Disney store one is labeled “made in China “ and the Disney parks one is labeled “Disney Parks”. The Disney parks dress has a inch fuller skirt. I have both so that’s how I know, otherwise you really couldn’t tell! They are nice dolls.

@@matteoamistoso834 it's pretty common for companies to put more effort into a doll or a doll line when it first comes out, then later they start finding ways to cut costs. My guess is that they gave Rapunzel super long hair initially, then they realized if they make the hair a little shorter by a couple inches with the amount of dolls that they have to produce it would save a lot of cost in doll hair.
I have the new one but her hair was a horrid mess and was cut so I had to bring it middle and she was naked. Not to me sion hair missing. She is fun tho
