I had a cat, Tomás, who loved men. We were two women and our family is made of women: sisters and daughter. He loved the plumber, the handyman, the cable guy and demanded to have their attention during the full visit. The guys just loved him

Same. Cats have always liked me for some reason. Strays will come up to me, people with cats that don't like strangers will invite me over and within minutes their cat is in my lap, an ex gf's cat abandoned her for me. I guess it's my curse in life, LOL. That's about the only thing I do not like about the Witcher 3 game. Playing as a character that cats hate feels so weird to me..
I can relate. My cat Ace is totally in love with my daughter..He spend most of his time hanging out with my daughter in her room..Ace is very vocal with my daughter.
I had that happen. Had a girl move in with me and she brought the cat she found soaking wet in a parking lot a couple years before. That cat decided I was hers within just few days.
Maple looks exactly like my Gracie. She has crossed the Rainbow Bridge but I think about her every day and will miss her and love her forever.

I was lucky to have such a cat in my life 💜 Of all the members of our family he loved only me (he was cold with the rest of the family). He followed me like a tail (including to the bathroom and toilet), looked at me with a loving look all the time, we slept hugging.
He had been with me from the age of 7 to my 25th. I am 45 and I constantly remember him.

Same thing happened bc of me & to me. My niece wanted a dog so my big sister who I lived with adopted a standard poodle puppy. A puppy that unbeknownst to us was sick, his whole litter diagnosed with parvo 2 days post adoption. My big sister and I nursed him around the clock. After his litter mate died we became even more obsessive. My niece kinda got over having a dog & he became my sister’s dog. Except he chose me as mom making my sister jealous. 6 yrs later I’d recovered enough from my illness to move out & tho I wanted to take Jake, I didn’t want to take him to a city suburb & away from the 3.6 acres in the country he’s grown up in. A place with horses and sheep, where he could roam free. We worked out a partial custody arrangement but within a couple of months I noticed my sister had become “mom”. At my house he follows me evrywhere, but when I go to my big sisters house or she comes over, Jake is up her butt. Suddenly I was the jealous one. But overall I’m not sad bc 1: I know he adores me (just not as much as my big sister) & 2:, my biggest worry when I left was he’d feel abandoned & miss me to much; so I’m actually just grateful he’s happy. He’s the best boy tho. I nvr had a dog before him & I kinda thought poodles were silly,(I was an ¡diot). Poodles are amazing & loyal dogs & im now a total fan. Also you don’t have to get the fancy frou frou cuts. A nice close clip & they’re happy & adorable.
