The set is not CGI, not a green screen. They have more than 200 backup dancers there and they made the set with an old building.
Seventeen is a group under Pledis, and Pledis is now under Hybe. It's a self-produced group and is known as the most synchronised kpop group. They produced and choreographed their own songs, very multitalented.
As a dancer, and many people will agree, Seventeen are in the top tier when it comes to performing and dancing, they will always bring the energy and skills to absolutely kill any performance and it’s just so impressive and admirable

I've been dancer for the past 10 years and a carat for 5 years and god, they still manage to surprise me everytime I see a new dance from them
so the question about hybe and bighit is easy to answer, hybe is an umbrella company housing 10+ labels like bighit, pledis, source music and more. bts is under hybe (bighit) while seventeen is under hybe (pledis). so its the same company but different label. i hope this helps !

[member Hoshi is the performance unit leader and has quite a big part in the choreo for SVT [our crazy genius tiger]. The small guy is Woozi, and he writes and produces most of Seventeens songs. Also [jokingly] known as Sugas little brother, partly because of their close resemblance, and also because they are close friends. [watch Sugwita to see more of him with Suga]
WATCH THEIR DANCE PRACTICES AND THEY ARE ALL EPIC.😊 Start with their earlier ones- MANSE, NICE, PRETTY U (this one is one for the books because of the clever use of props AND THEY CHANGED THE CHOREO because of the legendary "perfect" mistake made by one of the members, Joshua, in a live broadcast while they were performing it.)

No they are not the next generation after BTS. I think what you are trying to say is they are under the same company as BTS? Yes they are both under HYBE, but with different agency. BTS is under Bighit while SEVENTEEN is under Pledis. They are both are in the same generation in kpop which is the 3rd gen, when a group debuted between 2012-2017. It just BTS could be call as their senior since they debuted a bit earlier in 2013, while SVT debuted in 2015, but they are pretty much friend with each other.

Seventeen is THE PERFORMANCE TEAM of kpop and when I say performance it means singing , dancing , rapping, everything. Their stag presence is crazy . These are men who will get on the stage even if they're not well . Please watch their live performance . Ya'll wont regret😉

The background was an abandoned hotel. There were also 250 backup dancers. NO CGI AT ALL! :) Also, if you REALLY want to be blown away, watch the official dance practice. THEN you can see ALL the moves without the camera moving around. If you thought you were impressed here, you'll be jaw-dropped with the choreo video!! The song is also based upon DragonBall. The shorter guy (5'5") is Woozi. He's the writer/composer/producer of all of their songs...winner of the Asian producer of the year award as the youngest producer in history. He has over 200 registered songs; AND he writes/composes/produces for other groups and solo artists as well. Seventeen is the ONLY fully self-producing group out there. Trust me that music video is not green screen that’s an actual abandon building. The set is amazing and seventeen have such an amazing vocal range but they are especially known as the chore and synchronisation kings! Also 250+ back up dancers!

Hybe is the big umbrella label that owns multiple entertainment companies. They own Big Hit, Pledis, BeLift, Source.
Pledis and Source weren't originally under Hybe, but they got bought a couple years ago.
Big Hit has BTS and TXT, Pledis has Seventeen, BeLift has Enhypen, and Source has Le Sserafim. There are more in each company, but those are the biggest ones you'll probably hear about.
Basically Bighit Entertainment where BTS is under changed its name into HYBE and it has different entertainment labels under it, starting with bighit music where BTS is from right now. SVT is from pledis which is a subsidiary label that was acquired by HYBE. It is like HYBE is the mother company and the labels under it are the children. Bighit Music (BTS and TXT) and acquired labels like Pledis (SVT), Source (Le Serrafim), ADOR (NewJeans), BeLift Lab (Enhypen) and other labels that im not really familiar with.

Seventeen are known as the Theatre Kids of Kpop bc of their story telling dances. You guys should deffo check Pretty U and My My dance practices!! For music videos i would recommend Hot, Fallin Flower and F My Life! They all have different vibes. Im glad you guys are enjoying Seventeen
they shot this for one day only... the building is an abandoned building they put lights and fire effects (it's not CGI) those 200+ back up dancers are real too....I recommend the choreography video of this also, it's so satisfying to watch

Actually, Seventeen's agency is Pledis Entertainment. But in 2020, Pledis was acquired by Hybe. At that time Seventeen was already famous. even the CEO of hybe said that he felt reluctant and had no right at all to interfere in matters related to Seventeen because they were already famous even before they united/acquired. seventeen is also known as a self-produced idol and the synchronization king

To clear up some confusion! Seventeen and BTS are in the same generation (3rd gen)! A lot of new kpop fans mistake svt as 4th gen bcs how passionate and relevant they still are among the new groups, but they actually debuted 2 years after BTS! Seventeen are a self produced group that saved their company (Pledis) from bankruptcy. HYBE later on acquired Pledis under them which is why BTS and SVT now fall under the same company (HYBE)
