This video has been made specifically for Bend Park & Recreation to aid in the growth of girl's lacrosse in Central Oregon.
The goal is so that players, coaches, referees, and parents all understand and attempt to adhere to the rules of the game to ensure the safety of our players and the enjoyment of the sport.
