Interesting discussion in 2022. The synod had suggested to do away with celibacy. Listening to this makes me happy that we still have devoted priest to their calling.

I have been struggling with recent changes in the church both Catholic and church of England for embracing same sex marriages and relationships in church going against the scriptures but our home churches are still going strong and refusing these doctrines and it's serious because we have the society fabric breaking down because of these changes. If there was ever a hard job, I would be that of priesthood. "You were not the one who chose me, I chose you among men..." In Acts of the Apostles we are told thay" A married man thinks of how to please the wife and children, an unmarried man on the other hand thinks on how he will please God." It is a life of total giving and sacrifice. Many people talk ill of them because for that people can't explain, they gossip and create conspirancies about. The Catholic Church being a large church, has many ministers. Some might have joined the Seminary for other reasons aside from being called. They might make it to priesthood and someday become a disaster and a scandal to the church and public. Do you think it would be right to judge every other priest. If you cannot believe in them, respecting them would not be to much to ask. A priest is a wounded healer. Kongole kwenu nyote.

But avoided many tough issues on RCC from 300AD the councils of Nicea and Constantinople,Roman and the Spanish inquisitions,persecution,editing of the KJV 1611 and 1638 editions which differ in book composition and names ,change of calender to Gregorian named after pope Gregory that changed sabbath to sunday,introduction of christmas and Easter etc etc If the doctrine is manipulated,the rest don't make sense.

This week it was on mainstream news how 215 children bodies were exhumed from an Indian resident school in Canada that used to be run by a catholic charity. Last month it was another expose' of children murders in Ireland ,orphans promised to be helped but eventually murdered and the institutions closed down.They make people believe they transfered the children to another country but only a mass grave to be unearthed years later. If we close our eyes to this things and happily listen to fairly tales we wont understand Rome's agenda. Vatican means divining serpent. Just research.

But avoided many tough issues on RCC from 300AD the councils of Nicea and Constantinople,Roman and the Spanish inquisitions,persecution,editing of the KJV 1611 and 1638 editions which differ in book composition and names ,change of calender to Gregorian named after pope Gregory that changed sabbath to sunday,introduction of christmas and Easter etc etc

This week it was on mainstream news how 215 children bodies were exhumed from an Indian resident school in Canada that used to be run by a catholic charity.
Last month it was another expose' of children murders in Ireland ,orphans promised to be helped but eventually murdered and the institutions closed down.They make people believe they transfered the children to another country but only a mass grave to be unearthed years later.
If we close our eyes to this things and happily listen to fairly tales we wont understand Rome's agenda.
