The audiences who are so privileged to have Forestella trio perform for them there aren’t sitting there crying about Woorim not being there. No, they are loving every minute of the performance and their stage presence as you can hear for yourself! We all miss seeing and hearing our Woorim obviously, but it will soon be May 2025. 6 months of the 18 month term is already achieved as of 20th April, leaving 12 months til his return. Korean audiences maturely and compassionately understand because they live with the everyday reality of their young men being called to serve their duty to keep their country and their families safe and they support each other during this time, no matter what. That is love, that is loyalty, that is compassion and kindness and understanding ..this is what Woorim asked all Forestella fans to show towards his Forestella brothers while he’s away. You see, Forestella members including Woorim, also read these comment sections sometimes, so be kind and bear that in mind. The adjustment to Woorim’s absence on stage is being felt 10-fold by them because they worked and lived closely with each other for years and have a special bond. HyungHo recently told us in their livestream how extremely difficult it is to change arrangements for songs from 4 voices to 3 voices. That is his job in the group as their vocal arranger, director and producer and it’s not easy to do especially when you have 4 very different voices. He uses his science background to determine the vocal arrangements in the group by studying each of their 4 voices and assigning the most suitable parts for each member. Now imagine what adjustments he has to do without a basso profundo voice that is normally there. All things considered, the three of them have been doing a magnificent job and deserve to be given some recognition and unsurprisingly, have been gaining new fans as a trio. These new fans fell in love with the trio, and their performances on Immortal Songs in 2024 without the bass voice, so even though they have not heard Woorim’s uniquely beautiful voice yet, they recognise how talented and unique Forestella is and so imagine when they discover their other amazing performances. Forestella has definitely earned the right to be respected, to have longterm, loyal fans who are there in good times and the difficult times, who are kind and supportive, who are appreciative, who are compassionate, who understand their musical mission etc but above all fans who will support and respect them as a tight-knit group of 4 members who are closer than some biological families are and who are fiercely loyal to one another.
