- Hello & Namaskar , when there is breach of contractual obligation u/s 37 of Indian contract act , the person aggrieved have two choice , one is go for ordinary suit as to compensation u/s 73 of Indian contract act 1872 and other option is for claiming specific relief particularly Specific Performance .
