Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, German and of course, English are among the languages that are allowed to speak. Why, because it is allowed to speak, I am not saying that he does not know English, he speaks English fluently but sometimes speaks Portuguese too. Then what about the pilots? The pilots follow the rules of the ICAO or(International Civil Aviation Organization). There speaking Chinese, German, Russian are allowed. But you can speak it only at your home country. You cannot speak German with an American ATC, right? Same goes here, at Bangladesh. Sorry for the first comment that i wrote like an idiot. But actually I was just trying to tell that, its rare to see Bangladeshi pilots communicate in Bangla with the ATC. Don’t get me wrong.
