Chinese prefer harder matress for health reason. It is said that soft matress is not good for your spine in the long run.

A too soft mattress makes you feel lazy and weak.

Really cool seeing a foreign family from HK enjoying Shenzhen like many Hkers these days! Personally love going to Shenzhen with my local friends too, also went to this zoo last year😀
There's this mall called Wanda Plaza that I can highly recommend, fun for kids too, they have this futuristic looking indoor sports arcade and go karts for kids. Mission Hills is also a great place for skiing and karting. Didi is also so convenient and cheap to travel around compared to Taxis in HK.

Toronto Zoo was supposed to be one of the best in North America but it is nothing compared to the Shenzhen Zoo. In Toronto, you must walk for hours to see very few animals.

The Toronto zoo has many animals but you need a microscope to see them. 😂

Perhaps most Chinese find scootering in pavement is acceptable or tolerable just like most American find a president with dementia or a president being narcissistic, incompetent, misogynistic, racist, dishonest like Trump is also acceptable. Different countries have different weird stuffs and we better focus on our own shit 🙏

    之前中国大多数大中城市都不允许放烟花的,但是民间社会反对声音太强烈了,认为不放烟花,过年完全没有气氛,小孩都不知道中国的传统文化了。
    所以今年春节前才放开,允许在规定区域放烟花。

People riding electric bicycles are often seen on the sidewalks in Shenzhen, They are very fast and look very dangerous.

kids are so cute😀 you can choose Marriot, some of them are just a little bit over $100 per night. 5 star hotel, and mattress there are more comfortable. as far as electric scooters, yes, some of them are really annoying, they try to save time for delivery etc.

Would you mind uploading your vlogs in Bilibili? I pretty like to see how a foreigner discover Hong Kong and mainland China in their perspective and I believe there would be a lot of people like me in mainland China that would like to see your videos!

Those really cheap hotels that aren't in good shape, I think are migrant shelters. Migrant workers would stay at those places when they work because they are so cheap. Then, after the work is done, they go back to their hometown. Those weren't designed for tourists from other countries.
